From the moment that we drove into the lot 10 minutes before the business closed to the end when my son got the perfect vehicle for him our experience was excellent. The sales manager could not have been nicer and accommodating to let us take the vehicle overnight for a test drive. She filled it up with gas and gave us a lot of the details of the car. Nate we can?t say enough good things about as he takes great care of our whole family whenever anyone is in need of a vehicle. He is the kind of guy with an amazing personality and will go above and beyond. You just trust him and want to go back! Both of the finance people were amazing on a personal level with coming out to speak with is just as a customer to Zach finishing the sale with ease. 2023 Chrysler Pacifica review
We owned a 2019 Pacifica and traded it (with only 51,000 miles) for a 2023 Pacifica Pinnacle. We traded early because we didn't want a hybrid, yet. This one is Red and gasoline...beautiful. Having a wonderful time, enjoying all its luxuries.

2025 Chrysler Pacifica review
Nice vehicle. We purchased new...price was one reason why compared to other vans. Our old vehicle was a Town & Country, this vehicle has some pleasant surprises. Better power and a better ride. Handling & response are very good, not clumsy like some vans. Great safety features throughout the vehicle. Things I don't like... the power rear side flare windows are gone and there isn't as much storage . In order to get better storage, you have to upgrade to higher end models. No overhead storage panel in some models. I certainly don't like the fact that there is no spare tire anymore but I know that the car industry is moving that way, which is just a cost saving measure for them. Door protection side strips have disappeared - they used to just be a standard item but now, are an "option", which is pretty lame. Roof pillars tend to cause more obstruction in my view as I'm driving but the Pacifica has alert safety features that are helpful. Information screen is pretty easy on Chrysler. Overall, its a nice vehicle.
