I always like to shop local whenever i can! In today's market it is hard to buy a vehicle that is in such high demand! My family was looking into the Kia Telluride. We met with several other local dealers only to have them tack on several thousand dollars above MSRP last minute and that was not going to work for me. I want to shop local and if a local business wants local customers, you need to treat them right. Scott and Chelsea at Jones Kia wanted a local guy to shop local. MSRP was not a problem. No pressure or harassment to make a sale. They both provided a wealth of knowledge, got answers to question we had that they did not know, and provided us an excellent customer experience from our first conversation. We happily purchased and financed through Jones Kia, We got the coverages we were comfortable with and the extras we wanted for the price we wanted. Been reading some of the reviews about people who have trouble with their Pacifica. I bought a touring L plus 31/2 years ago and it’s been one of the best cars I’ve ever owned. Had one small problem with the sliding doors, showing me that I should wash sensor under car. Learned that all you have to do is pull a fuse under the hood and the signal on the dash goes away. Haven’t had that problem for over 30,000 miles. Runs great drives great and is comfortable. I don’t know what more I could ask. Most of the time 29 miles to the gallon on the highway or more. It is true that stop start won’t work if the batteries are bad or low I just replaced my batteries and now everything is fine again.

Just had an amazing experience at heritage mazda towson. My salesperson jenna made the whole experience as smooth and stress free as any experience I've ever had at a dealership.

A good car relatively stable in good conditions the only things that annoy me about the car is how slow the transmission is the engine makes good enough power for it but the transmission just sucks at shifting on time and can confuse itself. The other issue is the bulid quality on it. after ten years it starts to rust understandably but the seats are degrading and things no longer fit together like they should.

Salesman very personable. Truck appeared to be as advertised. Test drive went well. Final paperwork took time. This was a cash purchase and I felt it took a long time to complete the transaction. It has only been 1 week since the purchase so can't say much more. I would recommend our salesman.

I leased a new Pacifica Limited S in 2018 and when the lease expired after three years I bought it and drove it for three more years. I liked it so much that I just leased a new 2025 that is very similar to the 2018. The 2018 was extremely dependable and served us well for transporting my boys (grandsons), other family and friends, kayaks, bikes, skis, and numerous trips to Goodwill Industries. It never needed any significant mechanical repairs and it never left us at the side of the road in the nearly 90,000 miles we had it.

Corey Fitzpatrick was a wonderful sales person. He was not pushy at all. He did not pressure me to make a purchase and he allowed me to test drive the car for a good amount of time so I could really get the feel of it.
