A real drivers car. If you looking to make a first purchase into the sports car realm and are considering Porsche, Audi or Corvette, test drive a Lotus Evora. You won't be disappointed. This cars abilities are amazing. Opt for the sport exhaust and wake up the lively and reliable Toyota V6 engine. Plenty of low end torque and 280 HP to match. The handling is quite simply the best on or off the track. Turns heads way more then a plain jane 911 or corvetter stingray and you can get used ones for $40K. My boyfriend bought me a car for my birthday. Well first we had gone to huffines Chevy in Plano where we had purchased a used trailblazer. When test driving we didn?t hear any issues with the car. Not even 30 minutes after having the car I noticed a rattling noise. The very next business day I messaged our salesman and he had us take the car to the service department where they had it for 3 days and then said the turbo was out in it. Not sure how it was missed on the Chevy inspection, they put us in a loaner and then 5 days later said the part was on back order but should only be another week. Got a phone call a week later saying it was going to be 4-6 weeks before they might have the part in. They had a 3 business day/200 mile cool off period. We wanted out but they were then going to put us in a newer used car with less miles the day we were going o look at it the called and told us legally they could not sell it, the owners they got it from on trade in had totaled the vehicle but had paid cash for repairs at that point I was so mad and we were done and walked away. I had forgotten that a family friend rusty McDonald worked at elderado so I called him up and told him our situation. We went into the dealership on a friday evening. Rusty then had Landon help us out. Their goal was if we could get into a new vehicle that?s what they were going to do. My boyfriend had said well if it works out I might trade my truck in as well, Landon was made aware that we were looking for me a car so Landon said yall primarily came for her so let?s get her deal done and then we can look at yours (my boyfriend). We told Landon what we wanted our payments to be. We never felt pressured into anything. Everyone was so nice at the dealership and we did get a brand new 2026 Chevy trax. I tell everyone if they are looking for a new vehicle to go to elderado Chevy and they will be well taken care of. I will not go anywhere else. Thank you for turning a really bad car experience into a pleasant one and made us very satisfied customers.

2010 Audi R8 review
I have the V10 R8 coupe in silver. This is an excellent sports car and is true value for the money. The handling is superb as are the brakes and the overall balance of the car is confidence inspiring. I have have had other well known sports cars (the usual suspects) and most are high maintenance nightmares. The R8 is a highly engineered car best suited to be driven by drivers who know how to drive fast and who know how to get the most out of the machinery. If you want a high performance and not too common on the road sports car, get this. I have no regrets - I love mine.

2015 Maserati GranTurismo review
Since purchasing my 17' GT MC, nothing but enjoyment and praise. Despite people's misunderstandings and feelings towards Italian cars, I have not had any issues with mine. Easy to maintain and relatively easy to fix. As far as styling goes, you really can't beat the curves or the sound of the Ferrari V8! Last of the great naturally aspirated Maseratis!

2016 Porsche Cayman review
My GT4 is the most fun car I’ve ever owned, and I’ve had multiple BMW ‘M’ cars. As someone else mentioned, not a drag car although 4.1 secs 0-60 is no slouch. It revels in cornering, I’ve often said “I’ve never met a corner I couldn’t go around faster the next time”! I’m 6’5” and apart from being a contortionist getting in and out, it’s dry comfortable for me once sitting in the carbon fiber buckets.

2022 Porsche 718 Cayman review
I researched 911 vs 718 for almost two years. I drove a Carrera 4S at PECATL and loved it, but I wanted to keep my budget lower. A base 911, while a great car, just did not live up to the 718's nimbleness with its mid-mounted engine. I was lucky with my find - a GTS 4.0 It drives perfectly. The storage is ample enough for a large check-in suitcase up front. You also have the rear trunk. This can be a great daily driver with next-to-nothing for maintenance aside from regular oil changes and routine maintenance check-ups. I've put close to 4k miles and it is a special occasion each time I get in.

2004 Pontiac GTO review
One of just 1,591 HO-equipped GTO Convertibles produced in 1967, this car features a long list of coveted factory options that include an upgrade to Ram Air set up, power steering, power-assisted front disc brakes, power convertible top working 8 Track Tape Player and a 3.90:1 Safe-T-Track Posi-traction rear end. Only 1.9 percent of the total 1967 GTO production run were allocated to HO-equipped convertibles, making this car extremely rare. This Pontiac GTO presents beautifully in its Red finish with a black convertible top, highlighted by a set of Rally II rims. The interior is classic GTO with black vinyl upholstery, wood-grain dashboard, Rally gauges with a tachometer, sport steering wheel and factory-issue seat belts, both front and rear. This particular GTO is a low-production example with all of the right equipment, making this a very desirable, high-performance classic. The Rebuild and Balance of this HO 9786133 WS motor was performed by a professional engine build speed shop to provide peak performance with long engine life. The rebuild included re-work of the 670 heads, 72cc chambers with a fresh 3 angle competition valve job, resurfacing of deck, new Viton positive valve seals and new hardened exhaust seats. The 9786133 WS motor was fitted with a new complete Stroker Rotating assembly from Butler Performance with dished Forged Piston to provide 9.75:1 compression with the 72cc #670 cylinder heads fitted with a COMP Ram Air IV Cam, Scorpion Raving 1052 Roller Rocker Arms, 4 barrel Quadra-Jet with a RAM AIR configuration sitting on top of the original 9786286 intake manifold with Power Coated HO D Port Exhaust Manifolds in place for connection to the new 2.5” PYPES no X- pipe SS exhaust system, running on pump gas 92-93 octane.

2023 Jaguar F-TYPE review
I've only had it a few weeks. So, can't speak to reliability. But design, inside a d out, is fabulous. Engine performance (and sound) is great. Ride is a bit more calm than I expected, which is nice since this is mostly a GT for me. But, even with that forgiveness, it is planted in corners. Great blend. I won't be doing track days, so the 450 is all I need. Value is debatable for a car/toy like this. But, I have no buyer remorse, so that says something!

2017 Jaguar F-TYPE review
The SVR F Type is one of the best all-around sports cars I've ever owned, and I have owned quite a few very nice sports cars. This car can do everything, drag race, track days, pleasure cruises, haul $400 worth of groceries with ease, and function as an extremely fun daily-driver with ease. It can even handle light snow and ice on the road with ease given it's British weather heritage and the exceptional AWD system it has. The only thing it cant do is haul more than two people. It is VERY fast from a dig with an excellent all-wheel drive system that squats and goes like a scalded cat. My car has been modified with some performance parts including custom-built 200-cell sport cats on resonated stainless steel downpipes, a smaller crank pulley to increase boost, and an ECU and TCU tune to take advantage of that additional power. It sits now with just under 600 wheel horsepower at the tires and is nearly unbeatable in a stoplight to stoplight race against 95% of the cars you will see on the road normally, including the all-electric Tesla models below the Plaid which is very impressive. Even before it was modified it was truly a fast car straight from the factory and stock. Power delivery is excellent but particularly once in the 3200 RPM range, where it feels like you have a pair of rocket boosters kicking in and it plants your butt in the seat hard. Fit with a set of B-Forged 3-piece wheels (21x11 rears and 21x9 fronts)and larger than stock Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires (285/35ZR21 in the front and 325/25ZR21 in the rear) the handling is superb in this car. The 20" factory tires and wheels are great as well. It corners extremely well, rotating and accelerating out of corners like it is on rails. The electronic stability and traction control are NOT too invasive, and in Dynamic mode it will let you have all the fun you could want. The 575 crank horsepower rating on this car is definitely understated, as a factory car will dyno 500 to 520 HP AT THE TIRES despite an AWD system that takes about 18% percent of the engine's output to power. The standard larger brakes that come part of the SVR package are excellent and have all the stopping power you could want. The factory titanium exhaust is so much fun on this car and makes lots of ear-pleasing noise if you are a fan of exhaust notes, pops, and bangs. They can be swapped to a quite mode if you prefer or turned on to the louder mode whenever you choose. Swapping out the factory catalytics for the 200-cell sport cats with resonators made the exhaust note sheer perfection. As far the exterior goes, this is one of the most graceful and beautiful designs of all time IMO, as well as many others. It follows the classic proportions with a low sweeping hood and nose and powerful wide and compact rear with at four wheels located as close to the corners as possible. The interior is also beautiful, and despite not having a huge infotainment system, what it does have works well, looks good, and fits with the rest of the interior. The seats are comfortable but very supportive, and even at 6 foot 4 inches tall I fit in the car very comfortably. The top option stereo is a must and sounds great with the factory subwoofers and speakers. Reliability has been superb so far. A 2017 model that just turned 20k miles, the only repairs thus far have been a broken hood latch (which was mostly my fault) and a driver's rear shock which started leaking. Both of these repaired under warranty. All in all, this is a fantastic car and everyone that has ridden or driven mine has fallen in love with it. With only 1,871 SVR's built between 2017 and 2020 in the entire world, I have no doubt that resale value will hold steady and possibly appreciate in the near future as they get more and more exposure from enthusiasts. WARNING: Do not buy one if you do not like attention. I cant remember the last time I drove mine without at least one person asking about it.
