I have had many cars over the years and I must say this was the best experience I have had. Ben Kamnikar was exceptional! He went out of his way make certain I knew everything about my BMW. I love getting a new car but hate the pushiness and hassle that goes with it. This is why I drove the 6 hours one way to Johnstown, PA (I have a local BMW dealer but they do not know how to treat customers!). In my experience, car salesmen rarely know the product they are selling and focus more into selling you extra services. Laurel BMW and salesman Ben Kamnikar are the exception! While I didn't purchase my 328XI from Laurel BMW, I have used the repair facilities over the past two years and I have to say that this is by far the most professional and accessible shop I've seen in all of my years of driving. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, open and honest. When a repair is quoted, the price is right on the money and delivered as promised. Is it inexpensive to have my car serviced here - not at all - but since the staff is really on top of their game, I won't look elsewhere. Plus I can actually have an open and honest conversation with the service techs if I have questions or concerns - where else can you go to get that "plus"? I've dealt with mostly these folks and want to acknowledge them: Tracy Yeager - consummate professional and very, very good at what she does. Makes people feel welcomed and makes the customer feel confident in the staff. Seth - great tech - very open and very honest - highly recommend him to work on anyone's car. Bill - provides great conversation and fun to talk with while he drives me back and forth from the dealership/work - down to earth and just a good man to talk with. Bill Smith - met him twice at the dealership - seemed to genuinely care about how I was being treated as a customer and very easy to talk to. Most owners could care less about the customer as long as they're making money - my experience was quite the opposite. Openly said if there are any issues to feel free to contact him or anyone else to get issues resolved. Overall, just a great place to deal with!
This is the second SUV we purchased in a little over a month. On both occasions the staff at Suppes went above and beyond to make this a smooth transaction. We are extremely satisfied with the customer service we received on both vehicles.
Ed was an excellent salesman! He was helpful and courteous. He explained the dynamics of the car and was extremely patient. Tim was very knowledgeable and fully explained the paperwork. Mr. Arcurio was wonderful! He was so very welcoming! My car purchasing experience was excellent!

I cannot say enough good things about my experience buying a car at Suppes Ford! Dan ???Scooby???Skovensky was very helpful and answered every question and concern I had. He is really great. Patient, no pressure and easy going! Tim the business manager was excellent as well. He was very friendly and got all of the paperwork done quickly and smoothly. He was very good at explaining all service options available and was very helpful. Everyone I met or saw at the dealership was very pleasant and welcoming and I look forward to going back for all my routine maintenance which comes with the car. I highly recommend Suppes Ford to anyone looking for a great car buying experience!
We have been dealing with Dan (Scooby) for a long time and followed him into his new dealership. We purchased three new vehicles from Dan and sent family members to him as well. He is very professional and it is a pleasure dealing with him.
The staff was great and willing to do anything they could to make sure I got the vehicle that I wanted. They were more than accommodating and did everything to ensure that the entire car buying process was smooth and easy.
I was pleased to hear Jen Sausman is the General Sales Manager at Town & Country. I have purchased several vehicles from her when she was at Freedom Ford. Every time I got the best price upfront and I was treated with respect. Nobody enjoys car shopping, but my experience with Jen was actually enjoyable. I will continue to purchase from her and I will refer anyone in the market for a new vehicle to see Jen.
The folks at Town and Country Ford in Ligonier were extremely helpful in helping me to find the specific car I was looking for. I bought my new Ford Escape there and I had a very positive and pleasant experience while dealing with everyone there. I love the car and althiugh I havn't needed any service in it, the crew there assures me that their service is convenient and prompt. I am very pleased with the entire process.
Several weeks ago, I had my Toyota Camry in Town and Country's service department for a safety concern. They were very up-front and honest with what was going on with my car. After considering my options, I began looking for a brand new Taurus with their sales team. They had a nice selection of well-equipped and beautiful vehicles. I ended up buying my new Taurus that same day with no run around and a fair trade for my old car! I drove it off their lot with a smile because I know I got a great deal. Tom Truscello and his sales team are very helpful and efficient.
Grabiak had my vehicle 2 weeks. When I drove 25 mi to take it in, the key fob buttons were not working. Replaced max amt of computer components. Car fixed? Went to pick up, wouldn't start. Battery dead. Not their fault even though the battery was fine when I drove it in. Hed to buy new battery. Not at Grabiaks, I wouldn't. Never going there again. Same for my son and his family and friends.
I'm always impressed with how friendly everyone is at Grabiak Chevrolet and its appreciated. The service department and mechanic were able to work with me to get my truck repaired how I wanted for a reasonable amount, it was a refreshing experience compared to visits to other dealerships.
I love Grabiak. My boyfriends family goes to them and I just bought my first vehicle from them... Madza CX5. Yes it's not a chevy and I have been looking at a new vehicle but when I saw the car on their lot, I knew i had to get it. I wish I liked chevy vehicles so I could go there for every purchase I make but I'd rather have Madza. They were very helpful and worked a great deal with me. They are my preferred dealer and I don't even drive a chevy!
