Customer service at Hixson Autoplex is the best I have ever experienced beginning with Chuck Fussell my salesman.
2023 Ford Explorer review
I have a 2023 Ford Explorer Platinum, and I purchased it 7 months ago; this vehicle looks brand new and it is extremely comfortable, stylish, and reliable. I am so glad I purchased this vehicle. I will be sure to remain on top of the recommended maintenance schedule through authorized Ford Service Departments. Make sure you use a sun blocker to keep direct sunlight off of your dashboard when parked, which in some extreme cases, can make the leather warp or buckle; this is not just associated with Ford, but all automobile manufacturers that have real leather dashboards ~ especially when in super warm climates.

I am very happy with my new Lincoln MKC. Our salesman, Travis, was very professional, friendly, and answered every question we had about the car. The buying process went smoothly and every step was explained. The dealership was welcoming and had free coffee and nice sitting areas. Definitely worth going to when ready for another vehicle.
2024 Chevrolet Equinox review
I've had my fwd lt for a few months now. Great car. At first I thought it was a bit underpowered, but it more than makes up for it in fuel economy. Clean interior, not too many buttons and the standard screen is small but really intuitive to use. Overall an excellent vehicle that fully meets my needs

Walker Kia review
Mr. Frank went above and beyond the call of duty. When my mother passed away I was in the early stages of intense Chemotherapy and unable to take care of business or pay mom’s car note. Kia Repossessed mom’s car and needless to say I was crushed. Not only because it was mom’s car but also the fact that I had no transportation with the exception of my motorcycle which I could not ride due to sever weakness and other physical problems at the time. Three months after they took the car back I finally received my disability and back pay. I went to Mr. Frank and explained my situation. He promptly got on the phone and over a three week period (that’s dedication and persistence) worked everything out to where I was able to make the payoff and get mom’s car back. Mr. Frank is more than a ‘car salesman’, he is a man of honor and compassion. There are no words to express my gratitude to Mr. Frank I can only pray that he receives blessings abundantly❣️ Thank you Mr. Frank! With all my heart, I appreciate you!

Forward collision is dangerous it slams on the brakes and have you spinning. Roof is too low. Speakers are not good. Exterior falls apart very cheaply made car. Great on gas great body design. Love the synthetic leather & the infotainment screen.

Thank you so much for the "Golden Apple" certificate for a free oil change and detail. The service was excellent. I am so thankful for Dustin at the service desk who informed me that my battery, back windshield wiper, and back tires needed to be replaced. He was honest and helpful. I appreciate him being concerned for my safety and wanting my car to be in good condition. As an educator with 43 years of experience, it was a blessing to be recognized as a Golden Apple winner. Your support of educators is important to our community. Continue to encourage us!! Thank you.
2024 Mazda CX-50 review
Other than an error code that was fixed about a month after purchase. The CX-50 has been a pleasure to drive. Very responsive and once you get used to the safety feature built into the cruise control that is fine as well. It will slow down automatically when approaching a slower moving vehicle. If you change to passing lane it will then speed up until set speed or you approach another vehicle. Gas mileage is 24 city and it seems like 28 to 30 highway. Not actually calculated that but miles oer tank increases. Love the car but for me back seats seem to sit too straight. Not sure if they can recline or not.

2022 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 review
The Silverado is my dream vehicle, I've wanted one ever since I was a kid and my dad had one. I needed a full sized 4 x 4 truck w/ room for the family to be comfortable during trips and the Silverado LT is it! Everything I could ask for and more! Plus, Jeremy at Champion Hargreaves Chevrolet was outstanding; I ended up with a lifetime powertrain warranty, a 1 year bumper to bumper warranty from the dealership, and the price was a steal for a truck w/ only 26,000 miles on it! I am as happy as a clam!

2022 GMC Sierra 1500 review
My 2022 GMC Sierra 3.0 Duramax pickup truck is a good truck. I work on a farm and I also drive an hour to see my girlfriend. For the farm, it has excellent towing capability and for the hour long drive to go see my girlfriend, depending on the weather for traveling, I can get up to 35 miles to the gallon!

Very helpful service department. They were able to get warranty on a part that had run out of warranty. But since there had been a problem with this they put in a new design from manufacture.
2014 Cadillac XTS review
I brought my 2014 Cadillac XTS in 2021 with only 17,000 miles on it and I now have 77,000 miles on it. The only complaint I have is when I took it to the dealer to get a headlight changed the service manager told me the whole front end of the car had to be taken apart to change that headlight and one of the mechanics overheard him and came over and said that’s not true so the mechanic showed him how by removing three screws you could get access to the LED headlight and it still cost $500 because the bulb itself was somewhere around 400! Now at 77,000 miles if you’re thinking about buying one make sure the struts and the leveling compressor are all in perfect shape. At 77,000 miles I am looking at $3000 to replace the rear struts and. Another 2200 for the front struts and up to 3000 for the air compressor if that is bad so you could be looking at six to $8000 for four struts , and a compressor! I’m selling the car as is.

2022 RAM 1500 review
Purchased in 2023, new. Had to go back one year to find one without e-torque. Test drove & didn't like it. Right now I have 30,000 trouble free miles on it. I just hope my luck with that last. I have been a GM owner all my life, with two Fords threw in which didn't impress mr at all. I was dissatisfied with my 2010 GMC so I decided to try Ram. I bought a 2017 Bighorn with the 3.6 V6 & was totally happy. 70,000 trouble free miles. I planned on keeping that truck much longer, but, at my age, decided to give it one more shot, so i bought the 2022 with the 5.7 V8. Didn't need the xtra power but decided I'd go for broke. I'm 82, so I'm planning this to be my last truck. I have owned pickups only since 1967, never had any use for a car.

Excellent service, my service advisor Yvette Scroggs greeted me with a smile and was eager to help me! 2024 Ford Escape review
I’ve had extreme trouble getting into and out of the vehicle because the floor is so deep to the door. I now have a permanently injured knee. The doors don’t open wide enough for my knee that doesn’t bend completely. That causes me discomfort. Senior people can’t always bend their joints enough to get into and out of this vehicle. But I do love how it handles and also the great features.

2023 Hyundai SANTA CRUZ review
Good pick up truck over all but I would have some changes. 1st - Exterior. Front grill has too big opening spaces. It has potentially hazard to damage radiator with flying stones or debris get into it. Hyundai need to figure it out how to place electric plug for towing in the are next to license plate. I had to install under rear bumper and if i would have to put my boat in the water all the time, electric plug would submerge under the water and it would have it short it and potentially get on fire. 2- Interior. I believe sunroof 95% of the owners are not using it, instead i would like to have automatic window in the rear windshield instead of sunroof. Rear seats could be a inch shorter and it would gave a little more leg room to get in 3rd - Power train. I have SEL Premium trim with 2.5 Turbo engine AWD with 5K towing capacity. Excellent power train but would be nice to have hybrid or fully electric with same capacity.

My 2021 highlander L I paid $27k @ 44k miles ih for it after 2 years taking it through ell & adding 50k miles (92k miles currently) im impressed by its 300 hp 3.4L engine but learned how important changing all fluild begor it starts to making noise and problems. I think as long as you change all fluids at by or before 90 k miles as milage it will continue to goFor 300,000 miles crossed finger . The dealer offered me 19k to trade in at this stage. Toyota value unmatched. I want the new twin turbo 3.5 they just added

2019 Nissan 370Z review
Not the fanciest sports car, but the fastest for the money. It compares in price to the Mazda Miata, but is roomier and much faster. I've owned both, along with a 2012 Corvette and I can tell you it's closer to the Vet in power, than it is to the MX5. It's interior is old school, but it runs and handles. You could get a Porsche, but the money would be much more, and the maintenance is much more expensive, plus it's not as reliable.

2017 Ford Focus RS review
If you have the chance to get your hands on one of these things, do it! This car will put mad smiles on your face everytime you drive it. An amazing little rocket by Ford. Suggestion: Get a paint correction, Ceramic coating and clear bra for the front and peeps won't stop staring at your RS. Also a Scorpion exhaust will make it sound incredible with all those pops and bangs. Incredible car! Thank Ford!
