Other than the couple of drives to Arlington from Stephens City I had a good experience. First impression was it was a small lot with little parking. They had a totally full lot! I had made an appointment to see the vehicle and it was clean and ready. We did a walk through of the unit in and out. There were a few issues and they told me they would take care of those things. I told them I'd return the following weekend to buy the unit. Pretty normal stuff really if you buy used cars....Here is the reason I bought from these guys......I went through a three month search for a Suburban with the least miles and latest year model for the least money.....I went to many dealers within a seventy five mile radius and honestly it was a bad experience as the majority of guys we talked to really didn't care if we bought or not. One guy was drinking coffee and threw me the keys and told me where to find it on the lot. I was tired of all the salesmen who where indifferent and uncaring. I get to Eagle and it was..."you are the boss Sir, tell us what you want and we'll make it happen. They did everything they said they'd do and more. They were busy to the max and they busted their tails working hard for me and everyone else. Compared to the large dealerships they were unsurpassed. Eager and honest. They won by business with integrity. I didn't haggle on pricing as they had the unit priced fairly and because they were eager to work on the "punch list" that we put together I didn't want to cut into their margin too badly. I got a good, fair deal. I am happy with the unit and it runs great. I just need to sell my 05 Suburban now to make my wife happy. Try these guys out!
Very satisfied with my recent buying experience I had with Christine at car Corp!!! She was very helpful and went above and beyond before and after the sale! Salesman Robin is wonderful,very professional, patient & kind. Best customer service I have had at a car dealership in awhile. We came in just to check out customer service before buying car but left out with the vehicle that night,we just picked up our hard tags 1 month later and we are very pleased.
From my experience, I would highly recommend this dealership, the staff was very friendly and willing to help in any way, Cristian was very helpful at the moment of doing all my paperwork, my case was kinda difficult since I’m new in USA with not credit at all but he made it work, it took him a couples of hours but I’m so thankful I left that place driving the car I wanted.
If you guys are looking for a car and don’t know what to do.... go check them out, for sure I’ll recommend everyone here!!!

Most efficient and helpful sales rep ever! Sam went out of his way to be helpful as we took our time to decide between 4 great used cars in person and over several phone calls. His superior service continued with immediate response for information a week after we drove our car home! In more than 50 years of buying cars this was by far the best experience ever!
Came back for another vehicle from T. A. Since I purchased before they gave me an even better deal this time. Have referred friends and trust auto showed great appreciation. Salesman David made the transaction smooth both times, not at the dealer all day like my past experiences.
Although the wait for service was a bit (I believe I heard they were short staffed and I also had other service items added at my request once my vehicle was checked), I have to say that my service contact, Sean Lomas, was very professional/friendly, courteous, and kept me in the loop on my vehicle's servicing. He took the time to explain what needed to be done now and what could wait until my next service interval. I appreciated his listening to my concerns, and making sure the items I mentioned were checked. Please fix the online service appointment app--there is a glitch; it kept pushing my appointment to January and April, as if Antwerpen Service was totally booked until these months. Thankful.
I was very impressed with the customer service, that I received today. The young lady transferred my coupons from my old vehicle to my new one. Something ,that I had been trying to do before I got there. Great service!
