Car was exactly as described, and parked on the side awaiting for me to test drive. Shane, showed us the inspection information and basically told us everything that was wrong with the car. I went in to get an inspection and completely forgot about the life time free inspections. I purchased my Highlander several years ago and went to Shively for oil changes until I was just reminded of the free inspection. While there I met Nathan and we hit it off quickly talking about cars, to the point I almost purchased a car. Very nice, grown folk conversations. The car just did not fit my needs but I almost abandon my need for a 3rd row because of the incentives, amount committed to My trade-in, no hassle and real conversations. I was there for 2 hours and the time flew by so quickly. I would definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle or going into Shively’s for service. Quality, good treatment and timely.
