I had the misfortune of experiencing car problems while out of town for work. I took my Chrysler Town & Country van to this dealership after finding a Technical Service Bulletin online for the problem I was having (engine misfire). They were extremely busy when I got there, but the Service Advisor Specialist, Taylor Alford, seemed genuinely interested in my plight. I had to leave the vehicle overnight and get a rental car to get back to Cleveland. Taylor made sure my van was looked at the following day and got back to me promptly with what it would take to get running correctly again. I was fully expecting the worse based on what I read in the TSB, but Taylor gave me great news and the repair was relatively inexpensive. It's nice to know that there are still honest people out there! I'm very happy with the service I received at this dealership and would recommend them to all in the Louisville area!

Seth was very knowledgeable about all the trucks we looked at. We also spoke with the General Sales Manager, Keith Lovelace who helped us discuss a disagreement with the cost of our trade-in and we came to an agreeable amount. Decided on a 2022 Silverado and happy with cost out the door. Very friendly and knowledgeable people. The dealership is kept very clean and set up nicely. Good Morning . Just making a note on the service I received at Andy Mohr Ram on 96th St Indianapolis,In. I’m super happy with the service provided on my 2024 Ram . I lost all my ability to drive my truck on Sunday 1/18/2026 I called Andy Mohr on Monday to find out how soon they would be able to take a look at it. The Service Manager said get it towed ASAP and they would get it in and have an answer sometime this week. I called the roadside assistance number and scheduled a tow for Monday and the company Ross Towing was supposed to give me a call. A few minutes later a Kyle called from Ross Towing company and let me know approximately what time he would be to me and that he would keep me updated on his ETA to me. Meanwhile Stellantis Roadside Assistance called me checking on the status of my tow and asked if I had an updated ETA from the driver Kyle. I think 5 minutes after Kyle called me and said he had just delivered a vehicle and was headed to me. The tow company Ross Towing did an excellent job of getting my truck loaded and off he went heading to Andy Mohr Ram. I received a call 35 minutes later from Kyle the Tow driver and reported he had just delivered my truck loaded. I must say the towing experience was a 5 out of 5 experience and of course 5 being excellent. I believe Andy Mohr Service department was able to get a technician on my truck the following day. The information I was given was I had a short in the wiring and that the technician was working on tracking down where the short was located. I checked back on Thursday and the Andy Mohr Service Manager Rick stated that they had found the short and my truck was ready for me to take. I was with out a ride to Indianapolis so Rick scheduled a customer care driver to pick me up the following morning and bring me to the Andy Mohr Service Department. The driver Steffaney was very punctual and courteous. I arrived at Andy Mohr service department and was immediately greeted and told that they would pull my truck in and let it warm up. I signed the warranty paperwork(0 out of my pocket) and was handed my keys. The entire process was done very professional my hats off to Andy Moore, Service, and to the towing company Ross Towing. This is the second service that I have received from Andy Moore ram that has went without any problems. It’s almost time to renew my lease and I will for sure be coming back to Andy Moore ram due to the good service that I have received Thank you
