I was looking for a specialized vehicle that could tow horse trailers and yet provide comfort and style. I went to the dealership closest to the house and was hooked on the Armada from the moment Jimmy showed us one on the lot. We then requested a very specific color/interior scheme and they found the car that day and we were driving by the end of the day with a great deal. Jimmy, Ishon and the entire team made it easy and the experience was very positive. My wife LOVES the SUV, the technology onboard is phenomenal and the seats are the most comfortable seats I have ever sat in.
I had an excellent experience finding a new car. Brian helped me find the perfect car (Kia Forte S) and made the process easy and stress free. The dealership is absolutely beautiful and everyone was extremely helpful from the minute I walked in. Once I got my new car, Brian took the time to help me sync my phone, review key features and make sure I was happy with everything before I left. Jean-Claude and Brian made the process of trading in my lease extremely easy and made transferring my information to the new car seamless. I would recommend Brian and Burlington Kia to everyone looking for a new or used car. The new Kia models are fantastic and I am in love with my new Kia Forte!
I have nothing but nice things to say about my experience. My sales person was Asmin Harvey who was nothing but helpful with my process to purchase a Challenger. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and helpful.
I recently leased a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Terrence at the Caitlin dealership. Although I was slightly apprehensive to enter a car dealership alone, Terrence made my first car leasing experience an extremely positive one. He answered ALL of my many questions, listened to my concerns, communicated quickly and effectively, was professional and polite, and most of all I felt no pressure to make any rash decisions. I can honestly say my overall experience was exceptional!
I received a state emissions inspection there were a few things that impressed me. One was how the service advisor Mike Mc Kinney was very courteous and polite. He made me fell like I was important I had a few questions he automatically knew the answers. Then there was Tim Clauss who inspected my vehicle he did a great job he had me in and out in no time. Thanks again guys your the best !
I bought my car from offlease 5 days ago and I just wanted to say Damian was great! Very proffesional and patient with me! Michael Katz was great as well! Also everyone else was great from the guys cleaning the car, the lady at the gate, finance person etc. Overall great experiance and So far Im happy with my car choise! I would recomend offlease to everyone who is looking to buy used car. Just make sure when they run your credit to ask them to limit to only few. You don???t want a lot of hard inquiries! Violeta

The sales people are very helpful and outgoing. They listen to what you were looking for. Which as we all know is the most important thing when looking for a new vehicle. They try to get you exactly what you want.
Living in Connecticut my wife and I were very apprehensive of driving several hours to purchase a used vehicle after viewing only an online advertisement. Telephoning the dealer and speaking with the manager we both felt comfortable enough to negotiate a price. After arriving at the dealership my wife and I were welcomed as we walked through the door. We were introduced to Angela, one of the sales associates, who provided a tremendous amount of information. Angela was extremely patient explaining all the features of the vehicle and answering all of our questions. The dealership accurately listed the vehicle online plus provided a free CarFax report with sufficient photographs to make an informed decision. This was first time either of us ever purchased a vehicle from another state but after this experience likely we will do it again. Both Sue and I were very impressed with the dealership ability to make the purchase seamless which included processing all the Connecticut DMV paperwork. Sue and myself both strongly recommend this dealer after experiencing first hand their professionalism.
Was trying to buy a Durango and spoke to / met with over 5 dealerships. By far, this was the best and easiest to work with and get the price that I needed. There were no games and no fake conversation; just business. Great salesman and didn't have to play the "man behind the curtain" game with the sales Mgr. Great experience.
Went in on a whim to see what they had to offer not expecting to walk out with a brand new car. I told them what I had to work with, and they put me in a car I liked and with a nice monthly payment. I was in and out in just a few hours. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.
The salespeople at this dealership were courteous, honest and did not waste any of my time during the process of our leasing of a new Kia. Other dealerships could certainly learn a lesson in how to properly treat a prospective customer, as I truly believe they did a phenomenal job!
