Every time I bring my vehicle in they do a thorough job of looking my vehicle over and performing all my maintenance and repairs. The advisors do not perform any work before asking. The sales staff is very helpful too.
I have purchased 5 vehicles from the Chrysler store in Mattoon, three of them from Kristy Goeckner. That girl is AMAZING! She is willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done and make sure you are happy and comfortable with your purchase. Everyone there genuinely cares about the customer. I also love the friendships that the coworkers seem to have! Everyone is always so happy and chipper and joking around with each other. I will always buy from Pilson's! :)
I purchased a Journey off of Randy McDonald. He was simply amazing person to work with. He helped answer every question that I had and he let me look around and shop for the right vehicle for me.
