2019 Dodge Journey review
I have had this '19 GT for a little over a year and 10,000 miles or so, including two long trips. It is comfortable, performs reasonably well, and has a lot of helpful features, although not "the latest." I like the look of it (Black/Chrome trim), and my impression is that they made it as close to a Minivan as possible in an SUV. It has wide-opening rear doors, storage under the seats and cargo area, and three rows of seats. My actual fuel economy is about 22 on trips and 19 around town. I am entirely satisfied with the vehicle and have had no problems at all. As for the 3.6 I am very encouraged that they use this thing in everything from the Challenger to the RAM 1500, plus the Gladiator (only motor offered). They must have confidence in it.

2018 Dodge Journey review
My vehicle has been pretty good up until two weeks ago , September 9, 2022. I experienced a no start situation with the vehicle towed to the dealership and the dealership has no idea what’s happening or watt they report bad battery no charge etc. I’m suspecting that the PCM has a bad chip due to a recall that was performed supposedly in 2018. I don’t believe my vehicle was recalled and have not received a recall notice from Chrysler Corp. so now I’ve got a dead vehicle in the shop the dealership has no concept of what’s happening and the service writer seems to be not knowledgeable enough to research the problem.

The Journey I purchased has all wheel drive and drives great in the snow. Its very roomy and has plenty of storage even in the floor. I really like the heated seats and steering wheel.

This was my first experience with carmax, and it was amazing. First off, let me say that if you go to carmax at centennial, Las Vegas, ask for Muhammad. This man goes beyond and above for his customers to ensure they get the perfect car for them. He has the patience of a saint. Carmax should definitely look into promoting this guy. The company would really benefit from having someone like him in management. Secondly, the selection of vehicles rivaled other competitors, and their reserve system was a stress relief for us as we felt like we were scrambling to find a car before someone else purchased it. You will have peace of mind knowing that the car you want to see will be there waiting for you, no matter what your work schedule is like. They stay open late which is very helpful. They have a TV set up for kids and a nice woman came and handed us coloring packets and foam car toys for the kids. Very nice car, interior is super sleek, it handles super well. Engine runs great. Very spacious inside 3 rows lots of leg room. Love the seat warmers!!!

Great performance, great handling. The dual zone A/C is a really nice feature. I actually like the rearview being in the mirror, it's a good safety feature, as your eyes are in fewer places.
