Iverson's always treats me as a valued customer. I have purchased vehicles there my entire life and am a repeat customer. They are straightforward and honest. The service department is top notch as well.
Setting up the appointment was easy once the recall parts were in. When doing the recalls, John called to give me updates and was very easy to talk to and explained everything that they found. I called a few days before dropping my vehicle off to order a luggage rack and Chris was very helpful and friendly.
Mark was very helpful through the whole process. We felt no pressure and we walked away feeling like we got a great deal. They were very generous with trade value. Follow up with questions has been quick.
I contacted the dealership about a vehicle they had advertised on the internet. My call was returned promptly . Turned out the vehicle did not meet my wishes. they did try to locate another vehicle that might meet my specs, but haven't been able to so far.

I am from Fargo, ND and traveling over 300 miles to Mitchell, SD to see a pre-owned Jeep was not something I wanted to do on a whim. However, the 2014 Jeep GC SRT that Iverson Chrysler had listed was exactly what I had been looking for. I contacted Iverson through Cars.com and they returned my email that night. Kevin F, the salesperson, emailed me the following day we exchanged various emails about the Jeep I was interested in. I explained my situation and asked many detailed questions about the condition of the vehicle. Kevin provided answers assuring me that the vehicle was in excellent condition and provided additional pictures. He also told me that if I traveled to Mitchell he would set the Jeep aside for me to make sure it was not sold before I got there. We discussed my trade in vehicle in detail and Kevin provided me an approximate value with the condition they would need to inspect the vehicle when I arrived. I made the trip down a few days later and called Kevin to let him know I was on my way. When I arrived, Kevin took me to the Jeep which had been removed from the lot that morning, as he said it would be. The vehicle was also in excellent condition, exactly as described. While we took a test drive, the sales manager inspected my trade. Iverson gave me the quoted amount for my trade and the sales experience was great. There was no need to haggle on price and I was on my way home less than two hours after I arrived in town. I typically don't leave reviews, but when I risked 8 hours of driving and a full day of my time based on conversations and emails only, I wanted to share the story. It was worth the trip and I recommend Kevin and Iverson to anyone looking for a hassle free experience. And my new (to me) Jeep is awesome.
