My situation must have been the most difficult situation ever at a Carmax, even though it was tough and the Managers and Myself got frustrated at times Ed, Dave, Eric, and Chris (Carmax Charleston Managers) never gave up on me and worked hard to make this thing happen. I came to them looking for my dream car, the Mitsubishi Lancer RalliArt or Evolution on a limited budget. They found the vehicle and brought it in, I bought the vehicle and there were a few problems with it, the guys took the car back no questions asked and found another one, even though there were some other issues that occured the Management staff at Carmax stuck by me and helped me make it happen. Anyone new to the car buying process should go see the team at Carmax, Charleston, as they will guide you through the process and explain it to you the whole way through! The associate took the time to look through the online lists of cars within a 150 miles of his dealership and after locating a car that I liked he was able to have the car transferred in from another state free of charge. I was called when the car arrived and made an appointment to check it out and I made a purchase.

Brought our Caliber in for a vibration in the front end. Brandon was our Service Advisor, ( Very Courteous), after they checked everything out, the Service Tech said it wasn't a Strut, but an out of balance wheel, which is a whole lot cheaper than the strut, and let us know, which I did know and needed to address, some of the Lug nuts we're not in good shape. Now, some places would have just dealt with them and put on a cheap lug nut to replace the bad ones, but we agreed they should all be replaced. Now, I could have gone somewhere else and had these replaced, and they might be the same as OEM, or maybe not, but by having them do it, I knew they'd be the correct ones. I would recommend this dealership for service. They were accurate, quick, clean and everyone was courteous. Thanks Brandon, Tim and the Service Tech,( sorry, whose name I didn't get).
