2005 Dodge Dakota review
I have owned my 2005 Dodge Dakota 4.7 Laramie since 2012 as of writing this is in the middle of August 2025. I have had no issues with my truck. The truck runs perfect I’ve towed heavy loads many times over 500 miles. This is the best vehicle I’ve ever had. I had a 1986 Toyota pick up with a 22 R engine that blew the head gaskets twice back in 1992. I’ve had a 2016 Toyota Highlander that one was OK but the interior started cracking. I have a 2020 Kia Telluride had to replace the transmission. I’ve had a 1985 GMC blazer had to replace the engine in 1992 with less then 100,00 miles on it. Right now my truck sits on 18 inch rims 31 inch tires no suspension lift. The 2005 dakota has KO 3 all terrain 31 inch tires and has a bunch of overland equipment on it with a Ikamper tent In the interior it has no cracks or blemishes. I can tell you that this is probably the best truck I will own for the rest of my life I don’t plan to ever get rid of it like I said this is a solid truck. I love it. The truck also has over 170,000 miles on it. No transmission issues no engine issues no issues at all. i’ve also taken it out trailing in a mountains, terrain where you see Toyota Trd pros jjeeps, and everything and I get a lot of compliments on it.

2000 Dodge Ram 2500 review
Purchased mine new in September 1999 and I still have it in 2023. Sure things break but I’ve never been stranded and it has been nearly 24 years so I can’t complain. Drawbacks for the model are the plastic used in the dash cracked a few years ago. Other repairs included the computer failing (under warranty many years ago but the mechanical backup got me to the dealership for repairs), my injection pump failed last year along with the replacement fuel pump. I upgraded the steering so it isn’t so sloppy. Oh, the heater core leaks a little but StopLeak fixed that although I may replace the heater core and the dash while I’m at it. I sometimes wonder if the world will run out of petroleum before my truck wears out.

Best diesel built. Cummins dependable, easily upgraded. Large, comfortable 4 door cab, console folds to seat 3 in front and back. Lots of storage. Great pulling (3.73 gear) and fuel mileage ( up to 20 mpg) cruising. Typically run 400,000 miles with reg. maintenance.

2009 Dodge Ram 1500 review
I used to have a GMC truck and the engine went out on it at 84000 miles. I went to but another one and the guy would not deal at all.I like the looks of the ram so my first ram was a 97. I traded that truck in with a 140000 miles. I bought another ram in 2009 and I still have it. It has 232000 miles still running strong except for the rust. I bought a nother ram in 2022. Making a verbal deal and leaving a deposit, I returned the following Friday after working in Palm Beach Gardens, a 3-1/2 hour drive. Exhausted i sat down and signed a myriad of forms and the closing document. It seemed more than our verbal agreement, but I chalked that up to faulty memory of my advanced age. i was helped transferring stuff from my trade in with a light rain falling. I shook hands and thanked him profusely for the help and drove back to Bradenton. Several day later I received a call telling me that they had not counted my trade in in the final balance. They refunded me the value of my trade with sincere apologies. I'd recommend Bud Lawrence Auto Sales to my own daughter.
