I always take my Range Rover Sport to this dealership. Service is excellent, the complimentary Lyft service and car wash is great. I recommend this service department.

Key Acura of Reno review
I went to the dealership curious about what's new and without really planning to buy a vehicle. After showing me the vehicle the staff made an offer which got me curious, and they then worked with me on tailoring it to my needs. We ultimately reached a deal that worked for both of us. The whole time they were very polite and cooperative, which was quite different from brazen and pushy tactics I'm typically accustomed to from other dealerships. I must say that did contribute to me getting a car. I'm looking forward to seeing how the car's maintenance lifecycle will go, but so far the first impressions are quite positive.

AutoSavvy RenoReviews
AutoSavvy Reno review
Buying my vehicle from Reno was a delightful experience. Curtis went ‘above and beyond’ by taking the time to pick me up at Enterprise where I dropped off my rental car several miles away from the Autosavvy office and really made the process seamless, guiding me with expertise and a friendly disposition. On top of that, Nicole stepped in at the right moments, ensuring everything was on track for a smooth purchase. The entire experience felt personal and sincere, making me feel confident in my decision. Driving home my new car, I felt grateful for their genuine assistance and efficient service. By far, the best auto purchase experience I have ever had!!!!😁

CarMax RenoReviews
CarMax Reno review
I came to Carmax looking for to test drive a Nissan Leaf I saw on cars.com. Actually, I tried another dealership first for the same type of car, but that dealer was closed on Sunday. CarMax is open seven days a week. That’s a plus if you, like me, have weekends off. I was able to get my credit pre-approved in just minutes. It turned out the Leaf wasn’t the car for me, but it’s neighbor, a Mercedes B Class was my glass slipper. Once I had decided which car I was buying, the process was really quick and easy. The representative asked a lot of probing questions to help confirm that I had researched the car I was buying (an all electric vehicle), which made me feel like he cared that I got the right car for me. It was a good experience and I’m very happy with my car.

I had a great experience with the service department for my 130,000mile service. My service associate, Sante could’ve been more helpful and know . I loved the loaner car that made my life so much more convenient and that the car was fantastic! My favorite person at the dealership was the woman that greeted me as I pulled up to deliver my car and also to return the loaner. Her name is Kelly Tyler. She was so friendly and clear on where I was to go to be assisted next. She made the my experience so welcoming!!

CarMax RenoReviews
CarMax Reno review
I was looking to replace my Saturn but had no idea what type of vehicle I wanted. I dread car lots, pushy sales staff and haggling on price. CarMax is different and a joy to work with. After checking out over a dozen different makes, models and features on their lot, I zeroed in on a 2015 Subaru CrossTrek. My brother checked the mechanics and after test driving we both felt this vehicle was a perfect fit for me. CarMax is unique. There is no pressure in purchasing. Rick Baker was excellent in answering our questions, helping with paperwork and providing me with 1.95% financing. Outstanding! I would definitely purchase another car here.

The service was prompt and reasonable. Cody, the technician, was very polite and helpful. I pulled in because my tire was low. The tire got fixed, plus I got my oil changed and air filters replaced since there was time for me. GREAT!

CarMax Capitol Expressway review
This place is amazing! They have so many cars to choose from. Plus they have an exotics lane which is really cool, they have everything from a Benz to a Porsche! The whole buying process is very quick, I bought my car in two hours and drove home. In comparison to the Mercedes of Stevens Creek, which literally took me 8 hours to buy after I picked out my car. The only knock is the service department, which doesn’t do paint repair for scratches, even though they told me that the scratches on my car would be fixed, they only used touch up paint, which looks like I did it myself and not professionally done like I wanted. But it was a used car, so no big deal. Overall I highly recommend!
