2019 Toyota Avalon review
Great car but my 2019 Toyota Avalon Hybrid Limited got 42.4 mpg when new but only gets 35 mpg now. I'm 75 y/o and drive the speed limit always. Average 35 to 40 miles per hour. Does anyone know why. Dealer is no help answering this question.

A great experience! Aaron was polite, friendly and very helpful in buying a car and getting a good price for the one we traded in. We will definately come back for future purchases and highly recommend Auto Nation.
2023 Genesis GV70 review
I have now owned and driven my 2023 GV70 3.5T Sport for 3-1/2 years. My previous cars included 3 Audi Q5’s, a Mercedes GLE and GLS. I can honestly say my GV70 is my favorite by far. While I initially loved the Q5’s, my third, a 2023, was such a disappointment I kept it for only 450 miles before trading it for a then-new GV70. Yes, that as a financial catastrophe, but it turned out to be a great decision. I have since been rewarded with over 3 years of pleasurable and trouble-free driving. (My vehicle has been the subject of one recall, but mine was not an affected car). Has my dealer service experience been good? YES! (Perhaps I’m fortunate to have a great Bay Area dealer). Would I buy another? YES! In fact, I just purchased a brand new G90!

2015 Lincoln Navigator review
I've never been a Ford product fan,but this truck has won me over. We bought ours used this year and LOVE it. I had determined that I was buying a loaded Tahoe LTZ when the wife had seen the Navi come up at a very good price. She was interested and since we had nothing to do that day, we decided to go and test drive it. That particular one was "road hard and put up wet" but, my wife noted how easy it was to get in and out of.........she suffers osteoarthritis in her knees and felt no pain getting in and out with the larger side steps. Since that was not a complaint for her, we started looking and found the one we currently own. It is quiet, roomy, nice stereo and is a very nice ride when traveling. I'm still not quite a Ford fan, but.........this has gotten me to give them a second look at least.

2017 MINI Countryman review
I've owned this MINI Countryman Cooper S for several years, and it has been one of my favorite vehicles I've ever owned. I had always wanted a MINI, and after owning one, I can honestly say I have no regrets. What surprised me most was how comfortable it is. I've taken multiple long road trips in this vehicle, and unlike some cars I've owned in the past, I never felt stiff or uncomfortable after spending hours behind the wheel. The seats are supportive, and it's a great vehicle for both daily driving and longer journeys. The handling is outstanding. It has that tight, responsive feel that people who enjoy driving BMWs will appreciate. It feels connected to the road, corners confidently, and is simply fun to drive every time you get behind the wheel. I also like that the technology is useful without being overwhelming. It has the features I want, but it still feels like a driver's car rather than a computer on wheels. The panoramic sunroof, premium audio system, and overall interior design make it feel more upscale than its price point would suggest. Most of all, I love the styling. The Countryman stands out from the crowd and has a unique personality that many vehicles lack. Every time I walked up to it, it felt like I was getting into something special. It's practical enough for everyday use, comfortable enough for road trips, and distinctive enough to put a smile on your face. If you're looking for a compact SUV that's fun, comfortable, and different from everything else on the road, the MINI Countryman is worth serious consideration.

BMW of Tucson review
I?m writing this review with the biggest pleasure. I recently moved from Europe to the USA and as a new resident I definitely needed a car. As I was visiting several dealerships around i finally got to BMW of Tucson, the place where the team immediately makes you feel like family member. The BMW team at BMW Of Tucson dealership, is amazing and professional to the maximum, especially the trio Juan Carlos Aimada, Rachel Rubio and Pablo Berry, this trio is phenomenal because the know exactly what a person needs and they don?t let you worry about nothing, definitely a team that a big company like BMW deserves to have! Now a special thanks to Mr. Juan Carlos Aimada, this gentleman is one of a kind, a person that makes you feel comfortable, confident and happy and is a person that exactly knows what a person needs and what a person wants. From the first day he helped me so much about everything, he was so helpful and professional from the first day I came in to the dealership until the last day of the purchase of my BMW X5. From the first moment Juan made me feel like family member and made the entire process so smooth and easy going. If you?re planning to buy a car I definitely-strongly recommend BMW Of Tucson dealership. This is the place where you make your road dream reality! Thank you very much for the amazing experience!!!

The experience with both the salesmens Martin Huerta and Hector Fimbres and Sales Manager Josu Arenas, was excellent. Now, I definitely have to mention that the finance process and the waiting time to finally sign paperwork it?s ridiculous long. Besides that, everything else it?s great!

I am very satisfied with the service experience. Justin Smith was able to go with me to go on a test drive to figure out certain concerns I had with my 2016 Chevy Malibu. He was able to accommodate me with a loaner and was very attentive to my concerns. Great communication and very professional. Justin went above and beyond to provide a wonderful experience! This was around my birthday time so it was a great gift to hear that it was a battery issue and that my battery was still under warranty! I was so relieved and I am greatful to bring my business here to Royal Buick & GMC. Thank you Justin for another great experience. I appreciate every one for their kindness and professionalism. 2024 Cadillac XT5 review
3rd XT5 have had no issues with '19 & '21. Current our '24 is experiencing automatic braking and cruise control issues. The vehicle is in the shop to be fixed. This issue has caused crashes. Our experience was shocking with the system slamming on the brakes while moving. Ido hope Cadillac gets this issue corrected. We are very apprehensive when driving and will be since this occured.

Technician did the job well by fixing the camber and suspension. Him and the service advisor are knowledgeable. I waited for a few days to get it fixed since they have to order the parts and it was weekend, but I was provided with a loaner car at no cost. I am happy for their service. They did everything for customer's satisfaction and for my safety. Thank you to Estevan for keeping me posted. I highly recommend BMW Tucson.

I purchased last week a new 2026 GMC Acadia AT4 AWD with the excellent assistance of Sales / Lease Consultant Jacob Benzenhoefer, AF Vet, and the entire process was smooth as silk. Good price too compared to back in Colorado. My wife and I are super happy with the vehicle and totally recommend you reach out to Jacob Benzenhoefer by name. He spent several hours educating us on the types of vehicles available so when we made our choice it was the RIGHT ONE for us ! Royal Buick/GMC's forever warranty is a real bonus also.

The interior is like a space ship! The interior leather is just the color I was looking for. It is so smooth riding and quiet!

2022 Kia Sorento Plug-In Hybrid review
Purchased the 2022 Kia Sorento Phev Prestige 3 weeks ago & couldn't be happier. This vehicle is a dream to drive. It handles with the ease & control of a luxury sedan, but with the added benefit of a roomy cabin that makes your trip, short or long a comfortable driving experience. We’re all looking to get more bang for our buck these days, and although the initial sticker price mark-up may present a bit of an initial shock, (what vehicle new or used, doesn’t do that these days) I enjoy the peace of mind that most of my daily trips throughout the week allow me to mission accomplish without using an ounce of petro; and yet, if the need arises, I have the added assurance that it’s available without a hiccup, by delivering the power we expect it to have. In my opinion, for those reasons & more, it has to be one of the best plug-in SUV’S on the road. The federal credit isn’t a bad deal either,

We had contacted at least 5 other dealerships in Tucson and Phoenix and this dealership by far was the best experience that we had. No pressure and no games. The people that we dealt with (Elena & Richard) were great. I would recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.

Noticed some of the reviews on here for Rollit motors are not good. My husband and I have purchased two vehicles from this dealership and we only have good things to say. We worked with Jaime the two times he was great honest, available and offered great customer service. The two vehicles purchased are still in perfect conditions. I highly recommend.

LeSueur Car CompanyReviews
LeSueur Car Company review
Almost too fast! 10 days from start to delivery; Good customer service, nice people! Oh wait, that's a 15 word MINIMUM... now I feel silly trying to cram all the good details into such a short statement. (facepalm) The entire experience was painless and fast, as noted; when my credit union balked at working with them they found me a competitive rate with someone who WOULD. They got documents to me quickly, and the car... well, through no fault of his, Steven LeSueur missed that the transporter picked the car up (on memorial day??) so I only got 24 hours notice that it was showing up. I was so used to those things taking forever I was off-balance for a few hours, but hey, that's what I consider a high quality problem. Speaking of which, the shipping cost was very reasonable, especially considering I saved about 6K getting the car there instead of locally. They gave me a great deal on EXACTLY the car I would have purchased if new, and getting that 4K tax credit up front made my life simpler and the loan even smaller than I was prepared to deal with. What's funny is my daughter and many friends live in Phoenix, so they now have a bit of a Northern CA booster with the locals. Oh, and there was no trade-in, so don't take the low rating as a slam; I just had no experience with it here. :-D
2024 Acura ZDX review
I absolutely love my 2024 Acura. It’s a well-built, stylish, and reliable vehicle that delivers excellent performance—especially with the AWD, which gives me confidence in all types of weather. The ride is smooth, the features are modern and intuitive, and it feels like it was truly designed with the driver in mind. I’ve owned several vehicles over the years, but this one stands out. I’m planning on keeping it forever! If you’re looking for a dependable and fun-to-drive car, I highly recommend the 2024 Acura.
