Once again, the team at Luv Toyota exceeded my expectations! When I brought my car in for scheduled services, I was surprised by how rapidly and efficiently they were performed! The staff were friendly and attentive and took pains to get me in and back on the road in record time. While there, I was able to sit, relax and have a cup of coffee, while the staff updated me on the progress of the services. While I might have been able to purchase the same quality of vehicle at another dealership, I wouldn't receive the same exceptional quality from both the sales and service teams and the management of Luv Toyota, which is why I will keep coming back and referring famly and friends to them!

Thank you Errik for helping me with the purchase of my RAV4 Prime. Errik was honest, helpful and thorough. I flew from Atlanta to Erie to pick up my car and Errik arranged for me to be picked up and driven to the dealership. As promised there was no markup and all of the paperwork was ready when I arrived. I ran into a problem with my bank's cashier check (not Luv Toyota's issue at all) and the people at Luv Toyota were patient and helpful while I resolved that issue. Errik trained me on the car and helped me configure it as I wanted for my drive home. Then the topper was he reached out to make sure I made it back safely to Atlanta! It was well worth the trip up to Lakewood and I would be open to buying another car from Luv Toyota and working with Errik Gordon.

Everyone at Luv Toyota in Lakewood, New York, was knowledgeable, professional, very helpful and friendly during the process of buying our new Highlander. All the paperwork was prepared and ready for our signatures, the auto was prepped and ready to go and our tutorial on the equipment was superb. We especially appreciated the assistance of Kelly in finance, Kayla who provided an thorough and easily understood tutorial and Al, the manager, for all his help in coordinating the entire process. Great Dealership!!! Thank you!!!
2026 Toyota bZ review
Just had the car for a month. It's much like its predecessor, the bz4x but gets better range, at 90% from 230 to 275. It rides smoothly and a bit less noisy than the 4x. I'm very happy with it.

2025 Dodge Charger Daytona review
A less than 3 year used awd full sized sedan EV with heated seats, heated steering wheel and 495hp for under 30k. It looks good, fake engine noises is a sad thought, but i smile every time I hear it. I drive it hard all the time and I don't have to worry about breaking and engine or transmission. It eats tires. - The bad, if you get one that still hasn't been serviced for an open recall, the 12v battery will die every now and again. I have a jump pack and opening the hood my car makes me feel macho so I'm not complaining.

My husband and I bought our first Toyota used in 2015 from Luv. We based our decision on Toyota's reliability and dependability. We loved our Rav4. We decided to stay with the Toyota brand. We started our search on-line so we could check out the new Rav4. We headed to Luv to have a look and a test drive. Andy helped us look at afew different styles and features and in less than two hours, we were proud owners of a new 2018 Rav4. Andy Fusiara was our salesperson and was very helpful. Even acouple days later he helped us with the navigation system. The staff at Luv Toyota are there to make your buying experience top notch before, during and after the sell. The service dept has always treated us wonderful. Thank you Andy and to everyone at Luv Toyota.

2026 Toyota bZ review
Toyota decided to get serious with their electric compact suv over their earlier version. Lowered the price making it competitive with all others in this class. Also making it now competitive is the increase in driving range, the XLE AWD model gets a significant boost with a 288 mile range. In addition the horsepower on the XLE AWD increased to 338 providing 0-60 in the middle 4 second range… that’s head snapping power. Also, major improvements were addressed to the charging system… now able to charge significantly faster and it comes using the NACS (North American Charging Standard) outlet connection for faster charging ( (originally called the Tesla charging connection). I personally enjoy driving the bZ around town but also on major roads. It runs quietly as an electric should but also isolates road noise. The instrument panel is different but coming from driving my plug in hybrid Prius Prime I’m used to different. I trust Toyota overall quality over all other manufacturers whether the vehicle is a traditional combustible gas engine or now electric.

2021 Tesla Model Y review
The moment I got the demo car onto the highway, I thought to myself, “I LOVE this car!” Which rarely happens. I test drove both the Model 3 and Model Y in snowy conditions, and had not a single bout of fear that I may lose control. A few weeks ago, when we were getting a winter blizzard, I was driving my Mother home from Boulder. It was snowing about 2” -3” per hour, people were spinning out all over the place. I was confidently holding the pace car position in the left lane passing 4x4 trucks, with ease. It was incredible. Get upto $1000 off your next Tesla by mentioning me at https://ts.la/jolene547482

Keenan, Jason, and Hector were fantastic to deal with Great car buying experience super laid-back and they made it fun. We’ll definitely be going back here for our next Ford. I can’t not give these guys five stars. But speaking of Hector, he was the only finance guy for two dealership. He ran his butt off to get everyone signed and did it with a smile. Thanks again guys.

We bought 6 cars from Basil, 5 through Dave Stevens. As an attorney (and father!) I can be rather 'wordy', but this is short; all the qualities of this man can be summed up with; "David's son is Blessed to have him as a Father..." All his qualities of character are united here for a very positive experience! The Young family of Fredonia

2027 Chevrolet Bolt review
Great car for the money, it is my 3rd bolt and this one is the best I’ve had, although I didn’t have any problems with the other ones this one drives and rides better. It could use more sound deadening because there is a lot of road noise, other than that it’s a great car. I have the RS and I love it, I can’t understand why GM is going to quit making it!

2026 Chevrolet Blazer EV review
2026 Chevy Blazer EV is as reliable as my 2018 Chevy Colorado, never give me any hiccup. Blazer is superior than my 2020 Chevy Bolt EV in performance as well as the looks. I recommend every red blooded American to give this car a test drive and you will be blasted by it's performance. I love the regenerative braking feature that I barely use my brake and saving the brake pads as well as the environment. Especially in this high price gasoline world today.

Basil Fredonia (Chevrolet) review
Dave Stevens was the consummate professional. Buying a car through him was a seamless experience. He worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted.
2027 Chevrolet Bolt review
I think this is a great car for the money. Drives very well and very impressed by acceleration. Others complain about GM not allowing carplay but doesn't bother me. I got sirius for $4 but even without it my phone works through the system. Charges quickly on 240 volt. In short highly recommend.

Roth Cadillac Audi Erie review
Dealing with Roth Audi / Erie Audi was the most pleasant new car buying experience I have had. I drove over 100 miles to do business with the dealer, and I'll do it again and again. My local Audi dealer was terrible. Steve Cornell was absolutely great. Did most work via e-mail and phone calls. Everything was prepared and ready on delivery date. I'd recommend this dealer to family, friends, and anyone looking for the best deal and great service!
2025 Cadillac Escalade IQ review
Very responsive and comfortable car. You feel on top of the world. The features are great. The car rides as if it knows what you want to do. The massage chair is so worth it when you are in traffic or have long commute. This car is made for people who enjoy luxury but don’t want to pay for the high gas.

Roth Cadillac Audi Erie review
i bought a used audi tt 2004 here last week. i only saw pictures of the car and negotiated on the phone and bought it without seeing it in person (never did this before). I dealt with steve cornell and the manager Kurt. overall very easy to deal with both guys, they were very truthful with regards to condition of the car and there were no surprises when i went to pick up the car. overall excellent buying experience, too bad they are not closer to where i live. would highly recommend them.
