This car has been the best I’ve owned so far. Even if you aren’t looking at a Tesla, EVs in general are so much fun! I’ve had little maintenance in the three years I’ve had this car so far (tire rotations, wiper blades). Every major software update brings either new features or improvements.

I had my Tesla S for about four months now. Its a great car. Have a Nemi 14-50 outlet in the garage for 40 amps. It charges faster than what the appl. says. Autopilot is about 80% self driving and is great in traffic. I don't think the extra $200 for FSD is worth it. It quiet and powerful. I go 150 to 175 miles between charges on a longer trip. Plenty of charge stations around

Good pleasant experience, salesman name was Noah good guy to deal with ,Vicki ,internet sales manager was great to deal with ,only issue was the finance guy who was nice at first, but when I said I was not getting any extra warranty with my purchase, he hurried up and got me out of there almost closed the door on me he is lucky I'm not like I used to be.

What a great experience buying my new Malibu, Noah was my salesman so professional and very knowledgeable of the vehicle I was purchasing. This is my 2nd Ioniq5, the first being a '22 SEL rear wheel drive. The Ioniq 5 is roomy, quiet, luxurious, and surprisingly quick. Its great fun to drive, handling well and feeling stable in all situations. The user interface is friendly and comprehensive, with an almost complete self driving capability. My only complaint is that it is called an SUV. It doesn't have an SUV's ground clearance or stiff suspension. It's a luxury hatchback, which is what I wanted.

I bought my Hyundai Veloster from them last year. When my parents car died at over 180,000 miles...I got them in my car and we headed to Preston. I had such a great buying experience....I shared that with them. They bought a very nice used Mazda 3 with low miles. Preston for life.

I'm not a fan of EV's because I feel their purpose is limited. That being said I bought this Ionic 6 as a city car and it is perfect. The reason I did this is because my Mercedes dealer wanted to charge me $1,700 for front brakes on a 2 year old car with less than 15k miles. Doesn't make sense to drive a car like that around town but it is great for trips of any size. The Ionic 6 is just fun to drive. And what makes it even better is I live in a carriage house and it would be hard to install a charger. This car comes with free charging for 2 years and I have a charge station 3 miles from where I live so it is perfect.

Over all experience with Mat and Ray was great The GM of sales not so good Thought was at a party in the sales room when trying to finish the deal with Ray Mat was great through it all him and Ray apologized many time for the bad experience I had with GM of sales Thank You Mat for being so kind and understanding Recommend the dealer not the GM of sales
