He was not only extremely pleasant, but very knowledgeable of the truck I purchased.. I had a lot of questions, and he answered all very professionally. The man knows his product I actually flew in from out of town, for this purchase, and he even picked me up at the airport. That is serious customer service. From the very first phone conversation making the deal, to keeping me informed. every step of the way in the status of the vehicle build. I never felt any pressure from him. I really love this car. It looks great, is very fast, and is all-around fun to drive. The one-pedal braking is the best feature, IMO. Would purchase again.

Tom at the wholesale lot was great to work with! No pressure, upfront about everything. The atmosphere at the dealership felt like they were my brothers. Nobody forced anything and the finance department did a great job also! No complaints what so ever! Was there maybe 2 hours from the time I parked to the time I finished signing. I HATE buying a car because of all the games you have to play. Here, there were no games. Prices are posted. Either you want the car or you don't. They will offer you a fair price for your car. Either you take it or you don't. No pressure, no games. Just very nice people who were very helpful. This will be the first place I look when looking for another car. I love that you can shop online, put a hold on the car and go and look at it when it is convient for you. None of this, "I can't promise it will still be here tomorrow." games. They will hold it up to 7 days. I only asked for 2 days. It gave me enough time to look around and decide that I really did want the car at Carmax. Love my car, loved the experience. Try them first if you don't like the car buying game.

Charging has turned out to be easier than expected, but haven't taken for long trip yet. Great acceleration and got over 440 miles on first 100% charge when delivered. Did get RST version so list price was higher than what is listed here.
