Had roadside assistance bring car in for what I assumed was a warranty related issue since the car has only 12k miles but it ended up being a damaged radiator. Cam was incredibly helpful in setting me up with a rental for the night and the service tech who started the repair late Thursday came in on his day off to finish the repair. I wasn?t thrilled with such a bill on a relatively new car, but Cam?s exemplary service resulted in a great service experience.

Brought my wife’s expedition with 7k miles on it in for an oil leak from the front shock. Burdick ford told me it was condensation from the air conditioner (they’ll never see me again). I knew it was more than that, Bob Johnson ford service got me in the next day and called to confirm that the shock was leaking and they would need the vehicle over night (no big deal). Called me the next afternoon saying the truck was all set and also updated factory recalls while they had it.

When I went to look at the 2011 Silverado I ended up purchasing I was further helped by Cody Ost who is one of the sales representatives. He was straightforward, very helpful, and no nonsense which was refreshing when it comes to car dealerships.
