I was at Tom Gibbs and saw buy 3 get one free on tires. I priced it out and was very happy with the price. They gave me lifetime of tire free alignment and can’t believe how great a job they did. My car going down 95 didn’t budge. It was straight as an arrow. I will tell everyone I know….go to Tom Gibbs. It’s a local family run business and they care about customer service.

We were beginning our search for a new car, walked into O'steen Volvo and immediately were greeted by Batin A. Not only was he very personable, but also very knowledgeable, and competent. He understood our desires and sold us the perfect car. He then spent time to make sure that we knew how to work the screens, installed the app, and that we understood all the wonderful bells and whistles offered by Volvo. Where do I start. I live 4 hours away in Hollywood Florida. And I have 3 VW Dealers near me. And St Augustine VW is the very Best. I have now bought 4 VW from them in 2 months. I love them. I bought this and have no complaints. It is a solid ride, super fast and fun to drive. It is very futuristic and I think it will hold its value mostly because there will be few sold due to tariffs and trumps anti EV stance. If VW could sell the cargo version in the US, there would be a million on our roads within a couple of years. I love my ID Buzz and am excited to drive spending less than $1.00 to go 30 miles.

Field’s Cadillac pick up my car, did the service on it, then brought my car back to my house! James, Bobby and Kevin were wonderfully and the service was excellent!

We've had our Vistiq Sport for only a couple weeks - so I'm sure our view will evolve. Lots of positive things to say - performance, room, handsome (not gorgeous...it's no Aviator or Land Rover) design in and out, great range (we are seeing 330+ range), features for money, good visibility and appreciate the vegan 'leather' seats. It is, however, hard to master the infotainment system - super frustrating. The lack of Apple CarPlay is missed more than I imagined (does not seem like a sustainable strategy). Perhaps once we are able to drive it without having to hit enough buttons as if we were re-tasking a drone our love for it will grow.

Had a difficult experience at the get go, but overall the experience with Mikee and Gianni turned out to be ok. There some internal issues that still need to be addressed, but the General Manager will have to fix those. Love the Kia and all the outstanding technology on the vehicle.

Professional and friendly service manager and staff. Nice waiting area and even a shuttle to take you where you need to go while your vehicle is being serviced

My experience with the salesman of Caleb was perfect. Caleb goes over and above to be informative listens to my questions and is precise knowledgeable about his vehicles. Is patient, not insistive or pushy, is flexible and the best salesman I have ever dealt with. When you are looking for a vehicle at Kia in St Augustine ask for Caleb to show you your options!

I feel I must update my review from last month as Kia finally replaced the Power Relay Assembly and everything works perfectly now! Lucky that it presented as AC not blowing cold air. The car is an absolute pleasure to drive. We're planning a long road trip over Thanksgiving looking forward to using the Tesla supercharging network.

1 month in and really enjoying the car. Very comfortable and quiet. The ride is smooth and pretty responsive for a true 3 rom suv. Charging has been easy and can use any fast charging stations. Home charge is very easy. Set the time, plug it in and all charged by morning. The range is holding pretty true. Using air-conditioning and cooling seats on the highway will drop the estimated range but I still did 270 miles I am 6'5" and I can fit in the 3rd row and have someone my size in front of me. The electronics are all their and using the auto hold a lot.
