Cesar Valdez was able to assist us with arranging our car repair, and then went above and beyond to help us get the car back in time before we had to travel. He provided frequent updates and answered all of our questions at any time. Though this dealership is out of our way, we won’t take our car to another, and Cesar Valdez is a big reason we won’t go anywhere else.

I bought a 2018 991.2 Carrera S in Guards Red from them. The car had been in a slight accident with damage to the right front fender. They showed me the before and after repair pictures and the car fax indicating the damage. Car has only 9k miles, looks, rides and sounds great. I saved over 18k compared to similar elsewhere. The buying experience was an absolute pleasure and Steve, the owner, made everything possible by flat bedding the car that I was interested to my mechanic in Miami for a pre purchase inspection. My mechanic commented that "I would not find a nicer example of a Bentley elsewhere", just as had been represented. I have been a Customer of Ferrari PB for almost 10 years. Initially ,I had them serve my Maserati from up north. Frequently, my wife and I would wait for service just to walk around their show room. Everyone was always very courteous and inviting. I’m now a regular customer and have purchased 3 cars from them. I’ve always dealt with TONY . He’s very professional and has guided me through several purchase. Their service department is second to none. I’ve been dealing with JAMES for almost 5 years now. I have his cell phone in the event of after hours issues. A while ago, I called him early evening on an issue with my car. It was strange that I didn’t hear from him immediately. Fortunately, it wasn’t anything major. However, the next morning I got a call from him and he apologized for not getting back immediately. He said he was on vacation in Europe and just saw my missed call. THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE. I know they treat all service customers this way whether the car was purchased there or else. I think I know just about everyone there by first name. Sometimes when I’m in the area and just stop by to say hello. This is truly a 5 STAR DEALERSHIP Earlier this week, I had a warning notice on my car. I called James and he said, don’t drive it, I’ll have a truck pick it up. While the car was being serviced, he kept me posted. I frequently call him on operational questions and he gladly responds. What a great team.
