The CRV is a luxury mid size hatchback. Smooth riding, handles well in Michigan’s winter weather 🤒. Good miles per gallon. I do drive in economy mode. I am still getting used to the size after driving a Honda Odessy. Good overall view. No obvious blind spots. I wish it had a manual garage opener feature on on the Ex.

We recently purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle at Frank Leta Acura and this is our second purchase with the dealership. Each time we’ve received excellent customer service. Kevin Baker was our Product Specialist that helped us with our second purchase and was very instrumental in finding us the right vehicle with the options we were looking for. He was very good with follow up and keeping us updated on our vehicle. We’re really happy with our purchase and the services that we received at Frank Leta Acura!

My experience at this dealership was mixed as they have very knowledgeable people selling their cars and I enjoy the quality of the vehicles! But, management for used cars was very adamant and discriminatory towards us. Please look into this as this is not an inclusive and welcoming environment for future customers. Thank you!

Turn signals do not have a loud sound. They are very low My 2016 Outback has nice loud turn signals. You cannot turn your radio off. The only way not to hear it is to put the sound real low. Two major complaints I have

Too early to be sure of reliability, but my previous 4 subarus were great. I came here to say how much I like this new purchase, a used '24. Great cruise features. Good power & performance (2.5L) so I'm happy with the CVT. I just love it. They're still a bit lighter and noisier than the outback/legacy versions.

The Aspec Advance MDX punches way above its class. For the price point, you get all the bells and whistles. Compared to other higher end SUVs, you don’t have to add anything. It has massaging front seats that are heated and ventilated. It has a 19 speaker deluxe sound system. It also has a heated steering wheel and many other features. It drives like a dream smooth and quiet. Great road trip vehicle!

From the very beginning of my car buying experience at HW Kia West County I was pleasantly welcomed by all staff that I came into contact with. We almost got in a wreck just now, the car in front of the car in front of US slammed on their breaks. Our Kia Seltos 2024 beeped and then my husband pushed the breaks...none of us hit each other!!
