I always take my Pathfinder to Andy Mohr Nissan in Avon for service. They are extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. They get my vehicle in and out as quickly as possible. I'm a small business owner and just like everyone else I'm never a fan of dealing with dealerships and car salesmen. But...I surprisingly had a great experience this time around purchasing my 2016 GMC Sierra 2500HD Denali. I walked in to the dealership and didn't feel like I was being attacked by "vultures" looking for their next sale and I met Kent Fisher who I feel went above and beyond his duties as a car salesman and it is definitely the first time I have actually enjoyed not only a new vehicle but the process of purchasing it. Yes I had to wait a little longer than expected because I came in during the busiest time on a Saturday but it was well worth the wait and I was able to get an even better APR by going through them. I had all of my financing and everything else in order before coming and knew exactly what I was getting but he asked to let them try to beat the rate and they were able to get me under 2% and once I went in to sign all of the paperwork I was out within 10-20 minutes. All in all I enjoyed the Stoops Buick and GMC dealership and it was a very nice facility but I can't stress enough how much I enjoyed working with Kent vs any of the other sales people I have dealt with with my last 5 car purchases. If you are ever looking to work with Stoops I personally would recommend Kent Fisher. I felt he didn't seem to be concerned about the money he would be making on the deal and instead was more worried about the money that I would be saving and my experience. Thank you Kent! I was recommended to Stoops by my mother who had purchased a vehicle in 2011 from them and I'm glad I went to check it out. I live on the southeast side of Indy and hadn't even thought of driving to Plainfield, IN to try but I'm glad I did. I went to other dealerships as well and most of them didn't seem as genuine and interested in my business or work nearly as hard to gain it or able to beat Stoops pricing and they all eventually gave up or thought that I would cave in quick or something. I personally wanted to work with Stoops after meeting Kent so I continued to keep him informed of other dealerships offers and they were always willing and able to beat the other dealerships offers and by far more than just pennies. Thank you Kent Fisher and Stoops! I love my new 2016 GMC Sierra 2500HD Denali! It is an absolutely amazing truck!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Most exciting car I've ever driven along with my wives mx5-5 in the past 50 years when I pull up to the stop light and ifa vett that pulls up beside me I gave him a hundred yards start and I pull up the side of them and just wave then say goodbye and that's just in 3rd gear sound system could use a little work the niada has a Bose in it and is far more excellent but other than that go out and buy one and have a blast is one xxxx of a car I love it and all I can say is 5 * 5 * 5 * go out and have some fun it is a duty and I love it and a couple friends have one and we all meet on Sundays and it's a blast go get you one Irish Mike out

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

When I did my research about this lot before coming in I saw reviews that were good and I am thinking,"I wonder did they somehow create these themselves but the experience will suck"? Well I was wrong. These guys were upfront, honest and you could tell pride themselves on a great customer experience which was exactly what I got! I purchased a S550 Mercedes and all reports were offered upfront without hesitation. I would highly recommend this company to whoever is in the market for a WOW car buying experience! I am coming back for sure for my next car.

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. I have to stop myself from looking more on he Carvana website, lol.

I had an appointment for oil change at 9:45. When I got there Toni asked me if I wanted my tires aligned looking at my records showing it was time for it. I said go ahead and she also made sure if I needed my filters changed they would get that done. Everyone was great at stoops, really like having Toni take care of me. I know they were extremely busy that day & I didn???t know an alignment took a little longer than just an oil change so I was there til 12:45-no problem I???ll know when I go back next time that I???ll b there awhile. iAlso the car wash always seems to breakdown but Toni was nice enough to give me her card so I could come in on a nice day to get a free car wash. Thanks Toni. I plan on buying a new car hopefully this spring & stoops is the place I will go

This is how buying a car is supposed to be. Go online, get qualified, see the terms upfront, pick any car you like and then have it delivered to your doorstep. If you don't like it for ANY reason, you can return it in 7 days, no questions asked. You can either choose another car or just give it back. My BMW i3 was exactly as they described it (it even had additional options they didn't mention). I cannot emphasize enough how this is the future of car buying. No more dealership 'let me talk to the manager' games and wasted time. Also, the customer service was incredible. The girl that delivered my car at 11:30 am exactly as promised, was super friendly and showed a genuine interest in any concerns I expressed. There were some small blemishes on the interior and they sent out a car detailer to treat the problem. I was extremely impressed. She also promised a little care package and to my surprise, I received a FedEx package a few days later from Carvana packed with goodies! If you have ANY hesitation - don't - my Carvana experience was FANTASTIC!

Fiat did a fantastic thing by teaming up with Mazda for their 124 Spider, combining Italian looks and Japanese build quality and reliability. I believe the 124 Spider is actually better than the Alpha 4C, at half the cost, probably one of the reasons Fiat refuses to put an Alpha badge on this car. It’s a small two seater suitable for two not overweight or over tall adults to have oodles of cheap fun! Reliable, flawlessly designed and just a joy to own but don’t even think about driving it in the snow!

I love this car so much! It’s such a unique look and the inside is so cool. The dash always matched the color of your car which I think is awesome! If you like unique cars this is definitely a great option! It drives really smooth and I drive about an hour to work and back. The gas is great to! One thing I will complain about is I got a 2016 used Fiat 500X Pop and the radio was so outdated. It didn’t come with Bluetooth or back up camera. I’m not about having all the extra amenities but I think Bluetooth is important so you can answer phone calls without holding the phone to your ear, which is now illegal. But other then that, it’s amazing.

The entire experience was first rate: From searching online for the right vehicle (price, features, condition) to the buying experience and through delivery. Everything was accurate and straight forward. Our new car met all expectations when delivered: Clean. No apparent defects.The items listed as imperfections were barely perceptible. Our test drive before accepting the car was flawless. Our delivery person was friendly, professional and informative. After delivery, I took our new car to our long-time trusted mechanic for an in-depth inspection. He was impressed with all aspects of our new car. His only comments were associated with (1) light under-body rust and original equipment tires with few miles, plenty of tread, in good condition but six years old. All manuals, one full feature key, and one valet key were provided. (Two full feature keys would have been nice.) Documentation of Carvana's 150 point inspection was not provided. This, too, would have been a nice addition to complete the sale documentation. All-in-all, close to a perfect buying experience! So much so that I'm looking forward to purchasing another vehicle from Carvana in the near future.
Great work car commuter, nothing more than that.

It’s great for commuting to work and back but can’t go too far due to the range being limited. The seats are somewhat comfortable, not too bad. There is virtually no leg room in the backseats. It definitely is for small kids only and no adults. Over all it’s great for a one to two person commute around town and work. Nothing more than that.

I made my purchase on 5/19/2018. I am so happy with my vehicle! The website was super user friendly, I really liked the filters you can apply to give you all the options at the terms you want. I appreciated the fact that I could get my personalized financing terms without a hard hit on my credit, in the event I didn't go through with a purchase. The customer advocates on the phone and at the store were all really friendly. This was actually a really fun experience, getting to have my car come down from the vending machine and put into a bay just for me. No hassle, no haggling, no commission driven salespeople, it was great! And I have received follow up calls from both Carvana and the financing company asking how I'm liking my car and explaining everything. This has been a great experience from start to finish! I bought a 2016 Lexus GS 350 two weeks ago through Carvana. What drew me in initially was a great price (nearby dealership was about $3,500 more for almost an identical car with similar mileage) and a user friendly website that made it easy to tour the car. You also get a FREE copy of the carfax report. With saving as much money as I did I wasn't expecting good customer service. Boy was I wrong, when I called to discuss adding a trade in car to my purchase I was greeted by a positive helpful person. All my future calls to confirm pickup date and verify my back account funds were also with very upbeat positive customer service people. I was relived with how stress free they made the process. They have even streamlined how they verify you have enough money in your account for car purchase. The 7 day money back guarantee is nice and I was pleasantly surprised that Carvana sent me emails following up on how car was driving and reminding me how many days I had left on 7 day guarantee. Other companies would have gone out of there way to try to make your forget about the 7 days to lower the chance you might return. This showed me the confidence Carvana has in their car quality. I bought the car on Black Friday and was very impressed that the day after my 7 days was up. Carvana made sure my $1000 promotion check was overnight mailed to me. Picking up the car was a fun experience with putting the token in the machine. Lastly and most importantly the car drives great and looks exactly like it did on the website. To be safe I took it too dealership for an inspection and they confirmed the car was in great shape and the tires were basically new. My next car will also be from carvana.

Not quite as powerful as my old S2000, but every bit as refined, reliable and fun. AND it is new. Finding the right manual 6 speed transmission was challenging but worth it!! Lusso leather, with a mild after market exhaust, the sound is just right.

I have been buying cars for 45 years, mostly though dealers but also some from private parties. Car dealers were a love/hate relationship: the excitement of getting a new car vs. the very long wait time, the high pressure, and the "surprises" when the deal is about to be closed. Carvana changed all that, with the exception of the excitement factor. Never have I worked with employees who were were so honestly pleasant and knowledgeable about what they do. Pressure? There simply was none. The process of actually filling out the forms, payment, etc. took less than 45 minutes. Buying a car you have never physically seen in person can be worrisome, but Carvana also has that covered with their 4 month, 4000 mile service contract, not to mention their 7 day return policy. I even caught a bit of luck. When I first visited their website they had the exact car I was looking for at considerably less than a competing online dealership had to offer. On the day of delivery the Carvana truck was right on time, and in 45 minutes, which included a 15 minute test drive, our new car was ours. Because of this extremely positive experience the next time I am in the market for a car my first stop will be Carvana. and I will recommend Carvana to anyone who is looking to buy a car. Keep up the great work!

It was the end of the work day. For once I planned to leave right at closing time rather than much later as I often do. I got in my car (a 2006 Dodge Charger) and turned the key in the ignition, eager to run some errands before an evening committment. The engine turned over for only a second, then suddenly the tension against the key released and the engine stopped cranking! The key was spinning freely in the ignition switch, which had broken and was stuck in the Accessories position. i had no need to worry though; after a prompt visit by an AAA tow truck and a quick phone call to the service department at Tom O'Brien Chrysler-Jeep-Dodge, my car was in good hands. We got there just a few minutes past closing time, but the friendly and dedicated staff waited for my car and I to be delivered and they even helped me with securing a loaner vehicle. The repairs were completed, and even included a complimentary multi-point vehicle inspection. Their customer service is second-to-none and they genuinely care about each and every customer, no matter the age of the vehicle nor what repairs it needs. When I am finally ready to replace my car, I'll definitely be doing business with the fine folks at Tom O'Brien on 96th Street!
