I had the pleasure of working with Michael Jorgensen, Javier Vega, and Mikel Najar, who, at every step of the process, not only made sure I never felt pressured but also left me feeling fully prepared and well-advised. The deal I received was so competitive that I flew all the way from California to get it. They even picked me up from the airport--something not even some of my closest friends would volunteer for. If you put them in a position to compete with another dealership's offer, more often than not, they'll match it (or probably beat it). When I arrived, the hospitality was second to none. Everything we agreed upon was upheld, and topics like extended warranties were communicated in a way that felt more like sincere guidance than a sales pitch, tailored to my specific needs. After a long flight their pop-up coffee shop was a very welcome addition to my visit. Every single person I interacted with was a pleasure to speak to, and I genuinely mean that. They clearly take care when hiring good people, and reviews like this are the result of that effort. I went for an 8:00 am oil change appointment. I asked for 4 new tires and an alignment. I was quoted $901 out the door paid $913 I was told bout 3 hrs 5.5 hours later I was still there Arrive at 8 am left at 1:30 pm. Time is money and Nissan made money from me, but I lost a lot of precious time just waiting, time I won?t get back. When he said 3 hrs I said ok. But went 2.5 hrs late. Unacceptable. If I?d known I?d gone to work and not lost time from work, now I have to use paid time off to make up for 5.5 hrs total what a shame. I am upset, disappointed. My first 3 cars were Toyotas and never had issues. I switched to Nissan because we use it back home and haven?t had issues until now. A work shift is 8 hrs 2.5 more hrs and I would have spent a whole work shift at Nissan for oil change, replacing 4 tires and an alignment.
