I have purchased new and used cars before, from different dealerships all over the Atlanta area. A total of 10 counting this one. Plus 2 bikes, but I'm not counting those. I have had absolutely TERRIBLE experiences, and I have had okay experiences. This was, without a doubt the best of them. What made the difference- Sam Rangel. My wife shopped around online and found a van she wanted to look at, and it happened to be at the Hardy Superstore. She went by herself to check it out. She met Sam. Sam was the opposite of what many come to think of when they think of a used car salesman. Sam was very kind and helped her. He listened to her and genuinely desired to help her find what she was looking for. I know most good sales people are like that, but there are some that don't have a customer service quality to them, but Sam does. She never felt pressured. Sam made us feel like he was on our side of things- whether it was the vehicle, the negotiation, the financing, or whatever. He was our representative. I love looking at cars, and investigating them, but absolutely HATE haggling and the actual car buying part. Sitting and waiting forever, going back and forth. Then when you are done, you have to wait for the vehicle to be cleaned and gassed...ugh. Did I say I HATE car buying? So this time, I done the whole deal with Sam through text messaging! A first for me. Whenever I asked for something, Sam replied. Sam's manager, and Finance closer- Mitch Feraco made a great team. And he had the van ready so when we got there, we signed and drove away! So, if you find a vehicle at the Hardy Superstore, or need someone to help you find one, call Sam Rangel- you wont regret it. With about 3500 miles at this point, the Broco has been a great vehicle. Very reliable and enjoyable to drive. It is the Outer Banks trim package which provides a good level of options. The V6 provides good performance.

The service department and service representative was very customer oriented and demonstrated the understanding of my needs. The service advisor went above and beyond to ensure i was satisfied with the service.

My family and I are loving our new bronco. I had the great experience at our ford dealership. Overall our bronco car is amazing and awesome.

Greater Atlanta Hyundai buyers...shop your local Hyundai dealer and then contact my good friend Pam McFadden, (706.874.8435) at Shottenkirk Hyundai of Rome to get her best shot. I bought two new Hyundai vehicles over the winter from Pam with far better trade values and discounts each time versus the 3 north GA Hyundai dealers near my Cumming GA home. The first deal was done over the phone until I drove over to make the trade, sign the papers, then drive home my new Elantra Hybrid Limited. The second trade was done completely remote, with a driver bringing the new Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid to the house along with the paperwork to sign. The driver drove off in my wife's CRV hybrid.

I love my 2023 Wildtrack. No issues. A little wind noise, but I think its to be expected in an SUV that I can take all the bits and pieces off(hard top, doors,etc). It is a toy for me and not my daily(I have a TRD Pro Seqioua for that) and I have a lot of fun driving her. I waited 3 years for her and will keep her forever.

Reliable with excellent features, looks sleek and drives great! The ability to switch from two to four wheel drive helps save gas mileage. The ride is smooth and with the top down it’s a real treat to drive around on a warm day.

Red 2021 Ford Bronco Sport Big Bend with less than 7,000 miles. I love the over handling and performance. I've done great extensive upgrades. ie....hood spoiler, door side guards, exterior and interior accessories...!

I have a Sasquatch Outer Banks and love it. The ride is smooth and the seats are comfortable. Very minimal road noise between the two windows on each side which is only heard when the music isn’t on. A lot of features with the premium package, some of which I haven’t explored yet. Despite non-owners’ complaints about a bronco riding rough, it can’t be further from the truth. The Outer Banks trim is really and comfortable. Gas mileage is acceptable with the Sasquatch. A lot of easy to use and within hands reach features. I am extremely happy with my purchase with no complaints. Two nice features with purchasing a Bronco is the Ford Pass mobile app and the Moab learn to use your vehicle classes.

They always do a great job - and they are courteous and work quickly. They did an oil change for us and also found that our cabin filter was dirty. That part was rather expensive (mostly due to the cost of the filter, $50, plus a $40 labor charge). We could tell the air was fresher afterwards.

I always wanted a Jeep or thought I did. My salesperson at Haag Ford in Lawrenceburg, IN, Jim Fuchs, told me to wait until the full size Bronco came out because he said you will really like it compared to a Jeep. He was totally right. I totally love my new Wildtrak Ford Bronco. I will say he is the best salesperson I have dealt with and plan to continue to go to Haag Ford for sales and service.

LB took great care of us and pulled a truck from stock that was just right for us.. The truck we got had not even cleared being in processed but LB knew it would just what we wanted, and he was right on….

We are loving our Bronco. It gets so many compliments on it. It rides so smooth and comfortable. Also it is extremely roomy on the inside.

More fun than I've ever had! I recently purchased a 2024 Bronco outer banks. Yes the road noise is bad mmmm but its a soft top convertible and yes the premium radio was not great so I added a 500 watt subwoofer. But the truth is I feel Like a kid when I drive it!!! if your looking for a Lexus this aint it but soooooo much fun!

I’ve had 4 Wranglers in my life and this Bronco blew them all out of the water. It’s so quiet while driving, and it handles like a car (not like a truck). It’s so smooth and not bumpy-I feel like I should’ve gotten a Bronco way before this. Can’t wait til the summer and to try out the convertible. This thing has all of the amenities that Wranglers don’t have yet and the gas mileage has been 23 mpg since I got it. Overall, I’m so happy with this purchase.

4 door Outer Banks. Wanted a comfortable but more rugged 4wd daily driver, moved from BMW X5, very different. Very pleased. Great build quality, no squeaks or rattles. Ford Sync system quite good. Lack of rear air vents solved for 2025 but not overly concerned and year end rebates swung me. 4 Cylinder is smooth, peppy , slightly droning. Smooth, comfortable, bit more wind noise with hardtop than I prefer but knew that at the outset. Did not get bigger tire package for fear of excessive tire noise. Have a 2023 Jeep Wrangler Sahara which I like but this Bronco is better on every level- no contest

Superior ride and ability over the Bronco Sport. It had no problem going through 4 feet of snow. Excellent handling. $ wheel drive plus the extra modes of traction makes it the best 4 wheel drive vehicle that I have ever owned. I do have the soft top but had no problems in weather that was around 0 degrees. I was suprised how warm it was inside. For a soft top, it kept the heat in and the cold out.

I have had my Bronco for a year. I got it for MSRP which was cheaper then a comparable Jeep. Great value. The ride and handling of my Bronco is amazing. It is great for long trips because its so comfortable. The turbo 4cyl is more then enough power and is averaging 23 MPG's. Two thumbs up on this Ford!!
