I purchased a new 2019 Ford Edge ST from Stuckey Ford, working with Bradley Walker (initially starting online with Kathleen Payne). The process was conducted very professionally, and was completed in a matter of days. Being from out of town (a nearly 6-hour trip one way), there is always the possibility of unpleasant surprises. I had previously done all of my homework, and I am happy to say there were no surprises on price; vehicle availability; and the vehicle color and options were as advertised (e.g. no bait-and-switch issues). In short, a frank and honest negotiation that was honored all the way through the final purchase transaction. Bradley showed us all aspects of the vehicle before bidding us safe travels, and all Stuckey Ford personnel we encountered were very friendly and helpful. I recommend Stuckey Ford to both local and out-of-state buyers. I have already recommended them to several of my friends as a placing this dealer on their "short list" for consideration. Excellent experience!

Great introduction to gas-hybrid-electric world

This car was my way of exploring if going all electric was a viable option for me. Having three types of 'gas' eliminated any range anxiety I had, but still gave me an indication of whether or not an all electric would work for my family. The end result, the next car for me is the all electric. The timing didn't work for me to stick with Ford, so I'm moving onto a Nissan Leaf, and will keep an eye out for the future Ford all electric models on the horizon. But I'm an all electric convert for life, and my Ford CMax Energi made that so.

The overall experience was pleasant and was straight forward. The atmosphere was inviting, clean, and all of the people were personable and helpful. Jim was extremely helpful, always had a smile, and provided us with options. Overall, we have made two purchases from Stuckey's in the last 3 years and will go back when we want to make another vehicle change. I wouldn???t have any reservations about referring friends and family to the dealership. More details: We spent about 5 hours at the dealership with a 5 and 9-year-old. Everyone was very nice and helped try to make their stay enjoyable. The total length of time we spent wasn't all the dealerships fault, we had some questions about a mechanical issue that Stuckey Service took care of immediately. Before we made our purchase, we were given an opportunity for another test drive to see if the issue was resolved. Big kudos for being upfront and honest with their customers. Some Suggestions: A suggestion for continual service improvement would be to begin streamlining the car buying experience/process. I understand that you are working with state and federal agencies to make more of the paperwork digital which will help. Another suggestion is the sticker shock/pain point with the "additional options" examples, warranty, paint protect, etc. I feel that it would have been better to know what those costs are before reaching the financing step in the process. We began the purchasing process knowing that we wanted to purchase an extended warranty. It very well could have been that we didn't communicate that at the beginning. One issue that I noticed were some of the side conversations that the employees were having. Although the atmosphere was welcoming and nice, I could certainly see some of the conversations, and that language used, could offend some customers. I was speaking with an older couple that also noticed. It may just be a generational thing but your staff may want to be more mindful of were customers are and topics of conversation within the show room floor.

I'm very happy with this PHEV. It's too soon for me to move to an electric. I would lease it again. I'll probably lease another PHEV when my lease is up next year.
