I was not ready to buy a new car; I bought a ford Fiesta from Cal Worthington of Long Beach 3 years ago and I really loved that car. A few weeks ago someone TBoned us and my poor Fiesta paid the price.
I needed a new car.
I went to Worthington of LB because they gave me a chance at a car when no one else wanted to. I was right to go there. I was treated with respect, Armando was great not pushy, and direct with questions and answers. I told him which car I was looking at and he got it ready for the test drive; by the time we were back I knew I wanted this car. The paperwork was fast and off I went to meet Joe. Folks ask for Joe M. He was working that papaer work and got me a nice discount. He did not try and sell me anything I did not want. After the car accident I learned that GAP is good to have.
I had my sister drive me and Joe said send her home you are driving home. Armando C and Joe M make A great time. I have the Focus now and I'm actually really enjoying the slightly bigger car.

Took my daughter-in-law and grandchildren shopping for a used car. We were on a tight budget and had looked at literally hundreds of cars over the past two weeks. We were starting to get discouraged, when we saw our dream car at A-Lux Auto. The price was great, the car was beautiful, and I thought there must be a catch. It was late in the day, and we were unable to take the car to our own mechanic for an inspection. So we spent the extra $150 for the Contract Cancellation Option, just in case it turned out there were hidden problems. The $150 bought peace of mind, knowing that if something serious was wrong with the car, we could return it with no questions asked. The next morning our mechanic checked it out thoroughly and told us that we got a GREAT car! We were all doing the happy dance. We've had the car for over a week now, and it has exceeded all of our expectations. SO glad we went to A-Lux! Oh, and by the way, they were extremely patient with a screaming 2-year-old during the purchase process. I highly recommend this dealer.
Ross and Ramsey were absolutely FABULOUS to work with! Super kind, very informative and honest. I was a first-time buyer and they were able to give me a KILLER interest rate and a great payment plan for my financing. Both gentlemen walked me through of all the paperwork and what options I could choose from. I was very impressed by how this smaller family-owned dealership conducted business! As I was shopping for a used car, I went to two other dealerships (bigger franchises) first and did not have the same quality experience that I did at Royal Auto. Excellent, Excellent, Excellent. There is no other word to describe Royal Auto Dealer. Ramsey and Ross are incredible and a nice breath of fresh air when it comes to "Used Auto Dealers". They are clear, transparent and hold TRUTH to their word. I cannot express that last part enough, there are NO games, what you see is what you get with Ross and Ramsey.
I would 110% recommend Royal Auto Dealer to all friends, family and anyone looking for a used car without all the intimidation and hassle.
Sammy was very reasonable and provided me with the excellent car and deal that made my daughter a very happy young lady.
His assistant Marciano was also a very pleasant and helpful man that took me on a test drive and assisted me with inspecting the vehicle.
Sammy is honest, not pushy, and the complete opposite of what "used car salesman" can sometimes mean to many. His business model is to offer nice cars that are priced to sell.

I was really skeptical about buying a used car but i've seen new cars depreciate like crazy so i decided to buy used this time around to help me save some money.
