Fantastic experience, no hassle worked with me to get to the payment I was comfortable with. Didn?t aggressively push options or warranties. First new vehicle I have ever bought and last from a dealership since 2007. Expected a hassle and horrible experience but had the opposite.

One of the best cars I have owned. I have the 2014 Edge Sport model. I still have it. Traded in a Mercedes for it! It handles like a sports car with the 22 inch rims, is has great pickup and all the amenities I could want like the Mercedes. Also, no mechanical problems to date 2022! Highly recommend.

I just love the styling of this SUV. Plenty of leg room , and has a smooth, quiet ride with plenty of power. Also love all the gadgets this thing has, like Side Radar & remote start.

Took my Mini in for a service at Mini of Dallas. They are courteous and friendly. They produce a video informing me of any repairs that are needed, all the while, I sit in a very comfortable lounge with free coffee and snacks

This vehicle is the nicest I've ever owned. It has been very reliable and comfortable. It does more than I'll probably ever use. Plenty of room for the family.

I just wanted to comment on how much I like Carmax customer service as a company. I bought me car from Carmax in Nashville Tn about 2 years ago and had great experience. Then few months later I my car started making a noise on the front end. Took back to Carmax in Nashville They put me in a rental car till the next day till they got it fixed... Which was great. They repaired my car free and payed for the rental car. Then April 6th I was traveling thru Jackson Tn and my car started making a terrible noise. I was very concern. Called Carmax in Jackson Tn took my car there they worked me in pretty quick. When they pulled the wheel off the found a pebble had past the dust cover and was rubbing between breaks and rotary. They removed the pebble and all was good. Thank God there was no damaged. Tech put my tire back on and sent me on my way. They didn't charge me nothing.. Thank you

I seen the RDX on the website. Went to look at it, and Cade was the salesman that showed it to me. Showed me all the fixtures it had. Cade was great throughout the process. Finance department was detailed and pleasant to deal with. Cade and Jim were great to work with.

I called Metter Ford that Monday afternoon and spoke to Grant Gilbert and asked him about a certain truck and he invited us to come see him and test drive the truck and if I wanted to, drive it for a couple of days. Wow!! Talking about no pressure. He was the BEST car salesman I have ever had to deal with ? Mr.Gary, the general manager, let me buy the truck at the price I wanted asked for. We had a great experience at Car Logic of Wrightsville! Huge selection of vehicles to check out at our own pace, and no pressure from sales folks. We ended up purchasing a vehicle (thank you, Androw!) and the entire process went smoothly from beginning to end - no stress. Salesman was pleasant and knowledgeable, and made sure to explain everything clearly to us regarding the vehicle itself, the application process, financing, warranty options, and closing.
