I bought 2015 used and am impressed with my edge. I had an explorer before the edge that was totaled in a crash. The explorer was a very safe vehicle to be in when unfortunately totaled and with the edge being the little sister I feel safe and secure almost. Just uneasy because of recalls.

I bought my 2015 Ford Edge used, from a great Idaho dealership! I drive for a living, so it definitely needs to be reliable, and it has to have power to climb the 7% grade that's over 6 miles long, just to leave town. I think for the price the quality is exceptional! The comfort and safety I feel behind the wheel is great! I would expect no less from a Ford.. and it has kept me smiling!

I bought my Edge when it was three years old and had less than 20k miles. I saved almost 20k from a new titanium models. The rear trunk light casing has a water leak that needs fixing but otherwise I have had zero issues w it. Power seat w Lumbar support makes a huge difference on long drives.

Unfortunately, I did not purchase my XC40 from Paramount , however I am fortunate enough to take adcantage of their wonderful Service Center. Friendly and helpful staff, punctual and they listen to your needs. I have dealt with several service centers in the Hickory are and these folks ARE THE VERY BEST !!!

Good car but get extended warranty,can have issue with coolant leaking into motor no good ford will not do anything if you do not have ext warranty even they know design is bad. Some 2.0 eco have some don't mines been good.

We always have a good experience. Our service writer, whom we work with, is a bonus. He always keeps us in the loop on the car's progress and explains everything in detail when picking up the car. He isn't a pushy upsaler.

Michael Schilling provided wonderful options for us to choose from as i was trading in my old lincoln for a new one, he was very professional, approachable answered all my questions in a timely manner! When it came to the financing portion of it Zory Ferris made it quick and painless lol absolutely wonderful people professional very nice!! And i walked out of they're completely satisfied with my 2021 lincoln corsair which iam very satisfied with they took extremely great care of me i love this place!! And I will go no where else!!
