Great buy! Mike Andersen was so unlike the stereotypical car salesman. We stopped by to look and had 20 min, he introduced-asked wants/needs, and did some homework for us... we came back a couple days later when I had more time after emailing my top 3 vehicles, he had them curbside and ready for us to look- we drove and loved. He hung back to give us space. Very good at reading his customer. I finally decided (Mike was so patient, he was so concerned about me making the best choice for the perfect balance of loving it/budget/long-term/practicality). Ultimately, I love my 2017 Subaru Crosstrek and Mike Andersen was like hanging with a friend while we made our big purchase. Thanks Mike for making it easy while we got a great deal and got in and out quickly.
I called Green Ford looking for a small truck, immediately Katie sent me a picture of a truck that they had at the Springfield dealership. I went in and met Roy Hummel. He was very polite and professional and arranged that the truck be brought up so that I could see it. I was very impressed with Roy and Green Ford they made it easy to purchase the truck . I needed to trade in a 2017 Tacoma because I did not fit in the seat well. After trying to live with it, I just could not, so I had to trade a year old truck and was clearly upside down on the financing. I tried to trade to a couple Toyota dealers who would not give me even close to average KBB trade value. I visited Scott Leman Auto because they had a great 2015 Tundra and was hoping we could make a deal. With no negotiations, they offered me a very fair trade price on my truck and I was able to buy the Tundra, which fits me much better. Thanks for a very fair deal and for helping me out of a tough situation.
