Although I purchased my Edge used in 2019, it has given me one issue, but Good news! When I took my car to Ford’s dealership to repair, I learnt it was covered completely due to a recalled. The only thing they didn’t do was a “complimentary car wash, that I’m used to having. Nevertheless, the service was taken care of in a timely manner. In spite of one worst winter storm in the South.

I saw a 2014 Silverado LTZ that had all the features I had been looking for. I set my mind to drive up and look at the truck (I opted not to transfer as I had family in the area I intended to visit). The hold process is GREAT. It's a quick click and I knew the vehicle was going to be there after I drove the 3 hours to look at it. I worked with Chris Biggs and he was great. We talked options on the truck and for financing (they beat my credit union's offer). He was incredibly friendly to be around and my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed talking to him as we waited on our financing offers. He was thorough in making sure we had all the facts and options. I just purchased a Hyundai Elantra from Koppy Motors, and I couldn't be more pleased with it. DeAnna was the salesperson who worked with me, and she was OUTSTANDING!! She was polite, cordial, and extremely professional throughout the process, as were the other staff people in the office. The entire process went very smoothly. DeAnna walked me through each step and appeared to be highly knowledgeable about many of the vehicles on the lot while we were "exploring" a possible purchase.
