I bought a 2017 Prius C from you in 2021 and have been entirely pleased with it and with Rice's excellent and courteous service, so much so that II have continued to come to you for service since I moved to Raleigh early last year. PS I especially like working with your female service managers!. They are both knowledgable and efficient. The previous owner was a smoker and I, a long time ex-smoker. It took two treatments; but your salesman managed that admirably. (I am a life-long salesperson myself and know how aggravating it is to be taken away from selling to take care of the ancillary chores!) We have a 2013 Edge SEL AWD which replaced my wife’s older Explorer which she drive for many years and the Edge has been a real pleasure to drive. I had two successive Expeditions for business which I drove for around half a million miles. So, in late 2022, when we decided to sell the Expy and downsize, we decided to “upgrade” my wife’s Edge and I would keep the 2013. We searched for a good price on a 2019 Titanium and enlisted the help of a sales rep at Crossroads Ford in Cary, NC who had found the 2013 model for us. He found a 2019 Edge ST in Performance Blue with reasonable mileage and not even a scratch!! The interior was immaculate and the panoramic moon roof was the clincher. As an “outside sales rep” for 45 years, I have driven two million miles. During that time, we have owned Volvos, a Saab, Chevrolets, a Chrysler Concorde, a Pontiac, and a bunch of Fords. This ST is the best vehicle we have ever owned!!! Zero to 60 in five, great handling, quiet ride, and 29.7 average on the road at interstate speeds!!! I cannot say too much in favor of this car. My new jeep Grand Cherokee had a turn signal problem. As you know technology can be a problem! What sounds doesn't always work that way. Anyway it took 2 appointment. Steven Fee kept me up to the minute with what was going on. He was friendly and very nice. Even with the service area being very busy, his mood never changed. I have been a Jeep owner since early 80s. All my cars have come from here because I appreciate the staff. Thanks again Steven!!

I really like this vehicle. The edge has great space and ergonomics. The technology packages make the driving experience enjoyable and safe. One problem with the vehicle is the infotainment system that is unreliable. I have had it replaced once and it is again not working properly.

Until 2017, my wife and I had been driving only 4WD vehicles (Bronco, Explorer, two Expeditions) and then we bought a used but fairly dressed up 2013 Edge SEL AWD (Nav, BLIS, V6) and immediately fell in love with it. No major issues except one brake problem which was totally corrected by the dealer for a teeth jarring $800! But it performed very well (not like a Corvette!) with 280 HP and really tight steering. So, when it came time to sell my second Expedition, I took the old Edge and we bought HER a ‘19 ST with the Performance Blue exterior. This one truly drives like a dream even when it’s not in sport mode! It’s fully loaded except for performance brakes but the brakes in the ST are beefed up anyway so the two Edges really drive differently. We will be 80 soon and this car will see us out! I hope we can avoid a speeding ticket!!!!?

Sterling McCall did a great job doing the emissions testing for my yearly renewal. They do a great job taking care of filing the paperwork electronically. This visit was a little slower than usual since the facility was under renovation but understandable. It will be worth it. I recommend this dealership for quality work and customer service.

One even didn?t include freight with their advertised price and when I looked into it further it could have been $998.00-$1998.00! Was able to buy it for the advertised price, no hassle for not buying additional warranties or Ziebart treatment. Salesman Kevin Bauer was a pro and he made it easy to make the deal. The experience with Leanna Tabora was great. She helped me from my initial request on the vehicle and walked me through the trade in perfectly. Given that I was in San Diego, I was not sure how the trade would work out but everyone and dealer followed through with their commitment.
