I had gone to another dealer ship first and had a horrible experience. Then I notice they had a great inventory of Dodge ram trucks. I just decided to walk the lot by myself since I knew what I was looking for. Here came Jason Conrad he ask me if I was interested in any of the trucks. Yes, I had my eyes on 2 of them then he got me the keys and let me test drive them. I was in love with the first test drive and that was the end of the story. He show me the carfax report on the vehicle and everything was clean. I drove that truck home today and was thankful for "Jason" he is a great salesman and if people ask me I will be referring him more business. Other car dealers need to go train under him and learn how to treat a customer. Kudos to Jason.
2020 Ford Edge review
The Awd 2.OT is a great addition if you can find one with them both equipped! Easy to drive in the snow and decent mileage.

The very best car I have ever owned! So many great reasons I like it there are too many to list! I would highly recommend this car for anyone to own! Truly a remarkable automobile. Ten times better than a Cadillac I owned!

2020 Ford Edge review
Bought used with 16k miles. 2 years later 52k miles. Only issue was transmission shutter. A fluid exchange service solved issues. Fluid was black. Strongly recommend transmission service every 39-50k miles. I get 32mpg on highway

Laz immediately got to work, researched alternatives, and reported back with complete and honest information—no pressure, no sales tactics, just facts. When I came in to finalize everything, the process was smooth and thorough. I asked a lot of questions, and Laz took the time to answer each one without hesitation—even repeating details when needed to make sure I was comfortable. The time spent at the dealership was focused entirely on clarity, not upselling. I also appreciated that a non-negotiable add-on I requested was already installed on the vehicle before I even arrived. I was prepared to wait several days, but the vehicle was ready to go, which speaks to their attention to detail and respect for my time. The only minor issue I encountered relates to the vehicle itself, not the dealership—the standard LT trim does not include a built-in universal garage remote. That’s a manufacturer decision, not a reflection of the buying experience. Overall, this was one of the most straightforward and respectful car-buying experiences I’ve had. Laz made the entire process easy, professional, and pressure-free. I would not hesitate to recommend him and Gunn Chevrolet to others.
2020 Ford Edge review
We've owned the 2020 Ford Edge for over 5 years and purchased the car new. Just one recent issue with a sensor for the AWD system during that time. Car drives well with decent power and gets 24-26 mpg in mixed driving and around 30 mpg on the highway. Very comfortable and would consider buying another if they still made them. Only downside is that the car doesn't seem to hold its value that well when compared to the Japanese brands.

2020 Ford Edge review
I love the size if the Edge. Big enough, but not too big. I can transport large items, such as furniture. The look is great. The interior is well finished. Enough compartments and gouges, but not overdone. I have the model that has what I think is called 'Vista View' which allows nearly the entire roof of the car to be uncovered from inside allowing a great view of the sky. It also opens which is great because I love fresh air and the feel of being outside. One of the two drawbacks I have found in approximately two years of ownership is that the transmission is not smooth at lower speeds - say under 35 or 40. Not really a problem- just a little annoying. I'm also wondering if the balkiness of the transmission now will cause any issues in later years. The second drawback for me is that the gear selector is a dial. Even after two years of using this gear selector, I have not grown uses to it. It is not at all intuitive; dials are for radios not gear shifts. I do like the car, and I'm happy I bought it. Just use this review as a heads up if you start looking seriously at an Edge.
