This car is so good! I really enjoy Edges and keep coming back and finding another one I like and trading for that one. 😂 I went from a 2013, to a 2014, to this 2019. It’s very spacious inside. The heated and air-conditioned seats are amazing. I love having the heated steering wheel in the winter. It has auto set for two drivers for the seat, the steering wheel is easy to move around. The cargo area in the back is really convenient. I love the remote start and the Ford pass app for my phone is super useful as well!

I will be back again! First time there ever and I didn't have an appointment but lacey helped me get with my advisor amy and they got me into the schedule and did my oil change the same day!

2018 edge titanium loved by wife, but...The hatchback taillight has been replaced twice for condensation & cracking. Replacing this for a third time soon. With 62K miles, the EGR needs repair. Cost about $500 at dealer.

Drives nice and roomy. But has the loudest engine rattle I have ever heard and dealer service dept says it’s normal. I’m ready to trade it it for something that’s not a ford. My 2012 edge was much quieter…I should have kept it. I bought the 2021 edge new November 2021

Two months after buying a truck at Hampton from James Rice, I had a service engine light come on. I brought it into their service dept to get it checked out. Turns out I had a major problem with my engine and I was 23 miles passed my warranty. I thought I was going to have to get a loan to fix it. The service department contacted Toyota for me and pushed the issue until Toyota decided to cover everything....parts, labor and rental when they could have just given me the finger. I will never bring my truck anywhere else for service than Hampton and I will be a return buyer for sure. My salesman couldn't have been nicer and the service department saved my life financially. They have earned my undying loyalty.

I am very happy with this car, just wish there was more leg room for the back. Looking into trading it in for a 2021 model.

THIS CAR IS A 4 CYLINDER WITH A TURBO AND IT HAS ALL THE ACCELERATION I WOULD WANT. IT HAS THE NEW SAFETY FEATURES LIKE ADAPTIVE CRUISE CONTROL THAT I LIKE A LOT. NO PROBLEMS SO FAR.

I went to sell my old car and buy a car I have wanted for a very long time. Each person I spoke to was so helpful. I was updated every step of the way by Layne, my original salesman. The communication was clear and extremely friendly. Layne ended up being out of the office when I went in, but he texted me beforehand and let me know Beau was going to be helping me. (again with the great communication!) Beau was great and straight to the point. He worked hard with his team to get me into my car, which came with some challenges on my end, but they were patient and persistent throughout the process. (I appreciate that lol) I went to sign papers with Brennan, who had great conversation. His energy was calm and inviting, which made the anxiety of signing for a car a lot easier. Edge ST with performance brakes. Best car I've ever owned. A vehicle for urban and open road driving. The driving assist mode takes the stress out of highway driving. The adaptive safety features are remarkable in the way they anticipate the driving experience.

I bought this used Ford Edge several weeks ago and we absolutely love it. When I test drove it, I thought it was a really nice car. However, after owning it for a while I have absolutely fallen in love with it. The Platinum has all the bells and whistles and this one has the 20" tires. It is like riding on a cloud! Quiet, smooth and great handling. I test drove the Escape and the Explorer and I liked this one the best!

Having owned a2013 Ford Edge for six years I was impressed with the overall comfort and performance. We purchased 2020 Edge Titanium in 2020 and love the car with one exception, the case bucks and jerks at low speeds.

Wow! Just by chance Mr. Jon Whitteker picked up the phone yesterday for a vehicle inquiry question. We were expecting typical high pressure sales tactics. He was very polite, energetic and knowledgeable. He was patient with our many questions and concerns. He was honest in his answers and didn’t try to guess. He knew who to reference when needed in order to provide us with the information we required to make an informed decision. My husband is looking to purchase a new truck next year. We are planning on calling Mr. Whitteker when we are ready for that purchase. We have a Chevy dealership in the city we live. The hour drive to this dealership was well worth it. I will be recommending Mr. Jon Whittiker to my friends who are in the market of a vehicle.

I am Mostly happy with my 2021 Ford Edge Titanium. Fords NEW practice of not providing loaner vehicles coupled with their inability to complete a repair in a timely manner causes me to regret my decision to purchase a Ford. When I had a rattle in my, brand new, Ford Edge, dashboard I lost the use of my vehicle for a total of 17 days. This after taking the Tech for a ride, where I showed him exactly where the rattle was. my rental car bill was about $1000.00. After a lot of conversation and several months I was refunded most of my rental fees, partially due to my extended warranty and Ford customer service at the corporate level. Until and unless Ford changes the loaner car policy on new vehicles, I can't recommend purchasing a Ford product.

My wife and I test-drove a used 2018 Escape, Explorer and this Ford Edge before my purchase. This is the Platinum model with 20" tires and all the bells and whistles. I have to tell you that after driving this car for over a year it has far exceeded my expectations with regard to a quiet and smooth drive as well as comfort. I initially had some concern that the 2.0L 4cyl would be too small, but it provides all the pep and passing power I could ask for. Frankly, I have been amazed by this little engine. I have a towing pkg, but only use the hitch for a cargo carrier we purchased. If I could change one thing about the car it would be a rear tailgate window that opens. Unfortunately, there are few newer models (if any) that provide a rear window that opens. If I had it to do over again, I'd definitely buy this car without any hesitation! I traded my 2011 Ford Escape Limited on this car and am really impressed how far Ford has come with technology and refinement.

As usual I brought my Edge to Brent Romero for service work. I know when he does it my car is ready for the road. The only thing I did not like was the price. I had just at $170 in parts and my bill was almost$700. If it weren't for Brent Romero I would be looking elsewhere. And when Brent goes I do to. Thank you

I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership both used and new. Out of all the vehicles I have purchased from them, I had an issue with one and it was immediately taken care of. Prices of vehicles are pretty decent...being civil and friendly without demanding a lower price can go a long way. I've never had a problem negotiating prices with them.
