car performes well , overall satisfied with it , but it has a rust issue ! rust under the rear wheel frame on both sides , rust under the rear lift gate , chrome on the wheel reems peeling .

Lots to like about the Escape: Decent gas mileage, performance and looks. Very reliable. Downsides: terrible traction in the snow, poor performance. I would recommend this vehicle if you're looking basic transportation.

We leased this 2011 Escape brand new and bought it at the end of the lease. It is older body style with the fold flat seats. I loved it for its versatility. The back seats folded flat which was great for taking my dogs with me everywhere we went. It was also great for hauling stuff. This may have been my favorite car of all time. I sold it with 110,000 miles.

I'm used to a small compact and this is fine but uses more gas. The trade-off in room and comfort is fine. I would recommend it to a friend.

I was reluctant to go to small lots because of all the stereotypes but they had the car I wanted and Bo responded quickly to my internet search.During the test drive I made the decision to buy if I could arrive at a satisfactory price.I had it all written out on a notebook the price I was willing to pay and the taxes the only thing I didn’t figure in was the prep fee we basically split the difference and closed the deal.I financed part of the car and got a good rate.Bo was great I told him I didn’t want any pressure and I received none.

Mike our driver that picked us up at the airport was great and courteous. Once at the dealership we meet our sales rep Jesse who showed us our new/used vehicle. Very professional to say the least. The vehicle was very clean inside and out. Took it for a test drive, came back and finished up the paperwork. Then we met the sales manager to ask if there were anything they could do better. But, honestly I would say not much...it was a truly great experience and well worth the distance of travel. We did have an issue with the radio and notified Jesse what was going on the next day after we got home. He replied within a very short time that they were making it right. What a great group of people. I would rather drive 6.5 hours to purchase a vehicle from Jacky Jones Ford than to deal with someone local. I have never experienced such professionalism with any other dealership. You guys have truly raised the bar. We will see you again when we are ready to buy another vehicle. Josh Evans is an amazing service technician. He made nearly a dozen calls to insure reimbursement would be smooth and efficient. Our MKz inspection and oil and filter change met our expectations. About reimbursement, I was able to call Moto Assure, set up and account and mail MA AutoNation Ford's invoice and payment slips. Low and behold, thanks to Josh, we will get a reimbursement in a couple of weeks. ANF has our business going forward.
