Due to the current supply situation, I had to order a vehicle but they made this easy and even though it took much longer than expected to arrive they were friendly to deal with. I traded my vehicle in when I ordered, and in the 10 Months it took Ford to make the vehicle they honored the order price, handled the trade paperwork and taxes properly, and didn’t add on any Administrative fees that many other dealer are doing for these high demand ordered vehicles. In a tough market where new vehicles are just hard to get, they are doing a great job and being very honest and reliable. Things have changed in the way vehicles are purchased and sold, and they are adapting well to this new market.

Wayne County Ford's service department absolutely restored my faith in honest mechanics. I brought my 2019 Escape in after my local mechanic could not get anywhere with my check engine light. He replaced all my spark plugs and coils for a misfire. I never trusted dealerships so i was weary setting up the appointment. Tammy was great and listened to my concerns and got me scheduled. After they looked at my vehicle, they informed me that the misfire was from my engine burning coolant. She told me that normally this is a very costly repair and that my engine would need replacing, but luckily there is a warranty extension on the engine, and it would be replaced at no cost to me.
