Great Vehicle for the Price

I am so blessed coming from having no heat to this amazing vehicle is well worth the wait. The axle on my Jeep was separating as I was driving to the Dealership. God blessed me to get there safe. I did not have to drive the Jeep back home.
We were having brake issues on our 2011 Ford Edge and needed the oil changed and tires rotated. They did the "works" oil change service which includes rotating the tires, fixed the braking issue (which to my surprise was covered by warranty), and washed the car. Great facility, people and service. I highly recommend.

I love my car!

This car meets all of my needs. It is roomy and comfortable, drives very smooth, and has little or no blind spots. I have only had it for a couple of days. But I live my car!
Called the dealership on a Saturday. Talked to Matt. Told him what we wanted. He called back shortly saying he found the vehicle with all the options we asked him to find. Basically did everything over the phone (except sign the papers) which worked out very smooth. If you are in the market for a new or used ford Gene Steffy in Columbus is the place and Matt Becker is the man!

Very well designed, for safety, comfort, features, roominess, and looks. We are very happy with what we got for a price that is within our budget.
The crew changing oil on the morning of June 2nd were courteous, speedy and did a solid job of performing their responsibilities. They informed me of deficiencies with other checkpoints beyond changing the oil. Filter, tire and lights.

I absolutely love this vehicle. The 2018 handles easier than the 2016 I previously owned. I also love the white gold color. Ford has truly amazed me with their awesome updates.
There was a pickup on there lot I was interested in and was told by a friend to talk with Matt Becker, Matt made the the whole go smoothly, Answered any questions I had took me for a ride and let me take it for a ride and we made a deal the whole thing was effortless. Anyone involved in my purchase was kind and cheerful and helpful. Thanks to All!

Luxury Comfort but at a lower price than others...

We love our 2018 Ford Escape! We ended up with the Titanium trim level which has all the "bells and whistles." Comparing it to similar vehicles (Foresters, Sportages, Santa Fes) we have no regrets. With the Escape we feel you get a car that sits a little higher than the others but still has a smooth ride. At the trim level we purchased, we feel like you are driving a luxury vehicle but not near the price of the others base models.
I’ve leased my 2017 Escape for two years now. The only problems I had with it were a remote key fob that didn’t work. At the two and a half year mark at 14,000 miles the check engine light comes on. Code reading shows a bad coil in the no. One cylinder. Dealer fixed it. Four days later light on again this time it’s the number 4 cylinder. Good no more problems
i like the car but the eco engine is woefully underpowered. Takes Forever to get it going. Space is good and I wish I had gotten the sync 3 entertainment system but sync is ok
All in all it’s nit bad but to make it better you have go go up in trim and of course price
I will not purchase or lease it again.
Fit my price range, does everything I really need a car for, will be able to tow a trailer for fishing and duck hunting and was thinking I need a truck, but with this car there is enough room to get the boat, decoys, and gear to the river bottom and back.
Found out if we turn the traction control off we get 33 mpg. The vehicle rides nice. Not as much room as our Windstar had, but still pretty nice and seats 4 comfortable and can seat 5. Got the aspirated engine as wanting nothing to do with the turbo. Have not had that long, bought used with around 18K miles, but so far pleased with the vehicle. Nothing fancy, the S model, but seems to be decent transportation.
Driving almost 3 hours to look at a car is stressful on anyone. Once I finally made it there Tracy let me look at the car before he approached and then greeted me. He was friendly and knowledgable about the car and answered any questions I had. There was no pushiness either, he let me take my time and make my own decisions on the car. During the test drive I wasn't given any dealership gimmicks or tricks, just a friendly conversation. I ended up purchasing the car and couldn't be happier with it. The buying process was throughly explained and he made sure to ask if I had any questions for him. I'd happily make the trip again and buy another vehicle from there again. Sincerely a happy buyer from Kansas!

Owned Many cars and this is the best.

I recently bought my first Escape as a pre-owned vehicle. I must say this is the is a fun SUV to drive. I have owned over 40 cars in my lifetime and I love this one. If I had to complain about something it's that the seats leave something to be desired in the comfort area.
