I had a howling rear wheel bearing needed to be changed. Because of the age of the car and the rust buildup on the assembly, the estimate was $500 plus. As a 72 year old Viet Nam veteran, this would mean that I would have to give up things to pay for it. Much to my surprise, a Service Tech named Duane successfully tried and implemented an unorthodox method of replacing the bearing. That reduced the cost down to $247. He is my hero. I have always had good luck with Hart Ford but this experience was the best. I cannot say enough to express my appreciation of the whole crew over there: Jerry, Andrew, and several more whose names I don't know.

Bought this vehicle used about a month ago to replace a vehicle I had totalled. It is fun to drive and has lots of space and is comfortable. Looking forward to driving it as long as I can
We purchased a car at Bill Marsh Kalkaska from Cary. Best salesman ever! This is our 3rd car we have purchased from him. We will not go to anyone else. We have our cars serviced there also and the service team is awesome, I highly recommend everyone there!

This car is great. Drives well, handles well, quiet cabin. 3 stars for interior design as I have the titanium trim level and am not a huge fan of the shiny plastic portion of the dash, would have liked it more matte.
I liked this 2010 Escape so much that I purchased a 2018 Ford Escape on 5 December 2018. Unfortunately, the 2010 was totalled September 2017 which is why I bought another. However, I do not like the 2018 vehicle design. This 2018 reminds me of a fish without its fin. There is less rearview vision with the 2018, than with the 2010. I keep hoping Ford will become original again and get square! Otherwise, Ford Escape looks like a Toyota! And, that is not good.
Kudos to Chris Sanford for making the purchase of a new Silverado a painless endeavor. I look forward to working with him again! Love the buggy.

I traded a 2006 Focus on my 2012 Ford Explorer Limited 2.5l 4 cylinder 6 Speed AWD Auto and so far so good. It's completely loaded except it doesn't have nav or the V-6. One owner with 146,657 miles. (Which coincidentally is the exact same mileage I bought the 2006 focus 2.0 with 4 years ago) hard to believe but the Escape gets 22.3 miles per gallon average for me, but the focus only got 21.0. The six-speed automatic makes all the difference i guess. I haven't been able to test the air conditioning yet as it is winter time so I can't report on that. But when I can report is this vehicle a month shy of 7 years old with 146 k on it runs and drives almost like a brand new car. It's going to need tires in a couple months but the tires that are on it are worn very evenly, and here's the best part and the main reason I bought the vehicle ..I could Not find one single thing wrong with it! (and I looked at over 15 vehicles before my purchace every single one of them had at least four or five issues). No shakes no check engine lights brakes are smooth. It does ride a little on the stiff side but that's fine by me because the roads where I live are rough and can bottom out the suspension on many vehicles but this vehicle handles them just fine. Also virtually zero rust to report and this is a Pennsylvania vehicle. (However it was garage kept). Has a lot of highway miles on it. Paid just over five grand but looking at book values on it I did well. Oh and I have put 1300 miles on it so far. I know that's not a lot but I'm kind of hard on vehicles if there is anything going to 'shake loose' I would have found it by now. I have owned over 150 different vehicles in my life. And I have had very good luck with Ford's. I would recommend.
Nick has a great selection of used vehicles on the lot! If your looking for a pickup or SUV he defiantly has one for you! He has a few cars too!
Most reliable and comfortable car Ive ever driven

This vehicle is perfect for a small family. I’ve never had a major problem with mine since I bought it. Only small mainrenance problems like tail light being out. This car is really comfortable and has all the new features I was wanting. It’s perfect!
I contacted the dealer regarding a 2002 Nissan Maxima. Alan Schaeffer contacted me and made arrangements for me to inspect the vehicle on a hoist. As a certified auto technician it was important to me to be able to check out the car beyond just a test drive. Alan went above and beyond to make sure he met my requests. He originally was going to be out of town but met me in the morning to take care of me. Their facility was undergoing a remodel when I visited so they were working out of a mobile office (trailer). I thought the other guys in the office weren't very interested but they might just have been being respectful and quiet. I found the pictures on the classified sites were very accurate. I was not impressed by one picture but it was very accurate and the only problem was limitation with pictures. If you wonder what I mean, look at your car, take some pictures and then look at the pictures. Can you see all of the scratches or tiny dings? Do you see in the pictures everything you see with your eyes? No you won't. The pictures of my car were not misleading or inaccurate. One was just not flattering. If anything the only complaint I could find was the description of the car wasn't complete in that it didn't list ALL of the features. The car was better equipped than the description. But is that really a bad thing? I was very pleased with my experience and would definitely recommend this dealer and especially Alan Shaeffer to any friend willing to drive to Hart Ford Lincoln. I will definitely check their inventory the next time I am in the market for a vehicle since I have 3 soon to be 4 drivers in my home.

I've simply outgrown it! It's a great SUV that is very comfortable! All general maintenance was done by Ford or Valvoline. This would be a great car for a college student.
We had our 5000 mile service done and everyone was great. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The techs were great and it was done in a timely manner.

This car was great and I usually don’t do ford cars... this changed my mind and I’m definitely coming back for it. I am very glad I got to experience this because I wa spooking everywhere for a car and this just might be where I will buy it. Thank you so much!
I looked at many different dealerships to find my new truck, Hart Ford gave me the best trade value and excellent sales experience. Very friendly staff and very professional. I look forward to buying a lot of cars at Hart Ford. Great job to the Hart Ford staff!

Great car for my needs. Lots of space, drives beautifully and handles marvelously. Economic fuel usage, and the rear view camera is great. Highly recommend.
Maybe the best auto buying experience I have ever had - and I have had a lot of them. Great staff and excellent prices. Worked with me on my trade-in so that I got a very fair deal and the treatment from everyone involved was top-drawer. The vehicle I purchased was very competitively priced and there was absolutely no pressure from anyone at all.
Great place to buy a car!

I loved the way it drove, the comfort, the looks and the price. Very happy with the sales people at Findlay in Prescott, AZ and how hard they all worked to make sure I got the best deal.

This SUV met all my needs. From styling in the exterior and interior. I was a little hesitant on buying an SUV that had a four-cylinder but the echo boost engine provides more than enough power and torque for any situation that might come up. The tow hitch option is a must and the storage room when the seats are all down provides plenty of storage when trying to transport larger items like rims and wheels.
