Paramount FordReviews
Paramount Ford review
I recently visited Paramount Ford Hyundai to look at a truck and had the pleasure of working with Marcus and his manager. Although I ultimately decided not to purchase a vehicle at this time. I wanted to recognize the outstanding customer service they provide. Marcus and his manager was equally professional and took the time to discuss options and ensure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. It’s refreshing to encounter a sales team that prioritizes customer satisfaction over, simply making a sale. While, I didn’t end up buying a truck, I left with a very positive impression of the dealership and would gladly return in the future. I highly recommend working with Marcus if you’re in the market for a vehicle

Porcaro Ford review
My first time buying experience with Porcaro Ford was a positive one. I was an out of state buyer looking for a very specific car, a Ford Focus RS, which i found on cars. com at Porcaro Ford. The people at Porcaro were all very pleasant and easy to work with. They adjusted the price to fit my budget. Overall a very positive experience. Thanks to all the people that helped me at the dealership through the buying process. Mike

Great easy place to get you a new nice car great people working there
2023 Ford Escape review
In December 2023 I bought a new-used 2023 Ford escape with only 1100 miles on it. So it was basically a brand new car, and I got it at a discount because it was used so it was very well worth the money. It’s been an awesome car but I have one complaint: there is way too much reliability on the electronic display. All of the cars systems run through that including the air conditioner!! The problem is, like any computer, it doesn’t always immediately boot up upon starting the car, sometimes it takes a few minutes to get going, and in the meantime you are absolutely burning up! There is no way to turn the air conditioner on via the dashboard!! I simply do not understand why they couldn’t just put simple dials on the dashboard to turn the air conditioner on, As cars have had for many many decades now. It’s really ridiculous. I live in Georgia and it’s 98° and 80% humidity, I need the air conditioner to start blasting as soon as I get in the car! But that’s really my only complaint , it is an awesome car otherwise.

Mooresville FordReviews
Mooresville Ford review
I had the smoothest experience buying a car from Mooresville Ford. I had three people working for me to answer my questions, explain contracts, track down people, and generally made it easy to buy online. My new vehicle has turned out to be in very good shape and was serviced and ready to ride before I bought it. The risk of buying was eliminated by two layers of safety. First, I could drive it for 10 days, which I did and had my hybrid specialist look at it. Great shape for the mileage and age. Like new to me. Second, it is backed by the "Ford" 3-month fix anything discovered during that period. I am happy.
2023 Ford Escape review
Good on gas and a comfortable ride. Drive it to West Virginia and back home no problem. I like it a lot definitely recommend it for people who travel for work and schoool

Bought in 2023 used with 30k miles, after driving it for six months it had become my favorite car, it’s smooth, I avg 27mpg in town driving, 33 highway. They don’t have tons of street lighting here and I hit a curb one evening and enjoyed discovering a spare tire I could switch myself until going to tire store next day.

This dealership was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Melanie, Tairon, and Todd were the trio I never knew was needed. I walked wanting a Bronco Badlands, and I walked out with one! We did go back and forth abit about financing but with Melanie and Tairons persistence, they got me where I needed to be. I even gotten a screen protector installed as well. The staff there are also very playful and laid back and not too sales pitchy. Thanks guys!

If you're shopping for a car, stop by Mooresville Ford — you won't regret it! We've purchased three vehicles from them in just one year (two in the past week alone!), and every single experience has been outstanding. Service Manager Mike Fanning is top-notch, and our sales rep Wilber went above and beyond to take care of us. From financing all the way through to the final deal, every person we worked with was helpful, genuine, and committed to getting us the best deal possible. What we love most is how much this dealership supports the community. Mooresville Ford truly makes you feel like family — it's why we keep coming back, and why we'll be back again! Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I have a 2021 SEL. No problems thus far with 18,000 miles. The seats are the most comfy of any vehicle I’ve had. It has the fake leather ones. It’s all I need. I average 29 mpg but mostly drive in town.

2023 Ford Escape review
For those of you that don't like the over reliance on the computer dash for things like the AC.. Ford did not start doing that till mid 2023.. when looking at 2023 models, look carefully at the dashboard. some have a smaller computer screen and the 2 knobs and buttons that regulate the AC. those are the ones you want.. they also are $4-5K cheaper than the models that have the larger screens and no physical AC buttons so win-win.

2019 Ford Escape review
I Loved my 2019 Ford Escape! It was my third Escape, as I previously owned a 2005, and a 2011! Sadly, it was my last as FORD's new version of the Escape is AWFUL! I NEVER had one issue with my 2019, and I drove over 94,000 miles over the 6 1/2 Years that I owned it! However, the resale value SUCKS! I know it's just the game they play at the dealers, but it's an ugly game where the consumer always loses! But - it's only money,,, and you can't take it with you!

2016 Ford Escape review
Do your homework and research the vehicle of your choice. I bought the escape used in 2024. So far, no recalls and it was a great buy, and I love it. I have the 2.0 turbo 240 horsepower. I use premium gas, full synthetic oil and change the transmission fluid every 30 thousand miles. I also read that once you get to your destination, let the car idle for 10 seconds so the turbo has time to rid any excess output.
