He was always most courteous and accommodating, but what I appreciated the most was his honest evaluation and description of the condition of the car. I was going to hire an independent Corvette mechanic to do a presale inspection. However, Steve did such a thorough job describing the car’s condition in detail that I decided that I would accept his word on the condition. When it came to the sale price, Steve was again accommodating and helped me keep it within my budget. I use his recommended transporter, Godspeed Transport LLC, to deliver my Corvette by enclosed trailer to my mechanic’s shop. The transport fee was very reasonable and it arrived in excellent condition, three days early. My mechanic did an inspection and road tested my 2008 Corvette then gave me the keys telling me I made an “excellent purchase”. The car was better than described right down to the tires and I am extremely pleased with the whole experience. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone looking for an honest dealer selling great cars.

Exceptional customer service! I bought a truck the middle of this year and picked it up in the rain. When it finally dried out I noticed a cloudiness to the paint on what area. A few weeks ago I decided to have it looked at finally. I discovered a fairly significant issue with the paint when I took it to my detailer and then a paint guy. I emailed them clearly not expecting much to happen as it had been 6 months and they had no obligation to do anything about it. I was shocked when Tyler from their service department called me the next day to schedule a time for me to bring my truck in so they could fix the issue by re-paining the area at no charge. I showed up on my appointment day and he had a loaner car ready and I was in an out with no questions asked. He said they would get right on it, but to give them a few days to get it fixed. They called the next day for me to pick it up and it looked showroom new. It even had a full tank of gas and considering I have a 30 gallon tank that is extremely generous. So many things they did that they didn't have to do, were under no obligation to do, but did so anyway. Truly the best customer service I have ever experienced.

This car rides smooth like a Lincoln Navigator but cost much less. You never get stuck or slip and slide. Quiet running and reliable. It combines the comfort of a first class sedan and the utility of a truck.

My recall service appointment on 9/7/23 was reschedule by Jason Jackson. The reason was the tech going to be out for my original appointment which was 9/8/23. Jason Jackson service consultant at Suburban took care of me very well, I also ask him can we do the works package for an oil change with tire rotation. He said sure we can fit that in with your recall. Jason customer service is always on point and over the top.

This expedition is like brand new condition with only 40000 original miles it is simply AWSEOME! Excellent shape no problems and the staff especially Terri are awsome to deal with!

Frontier motors was a truly great experience! We traveled from out of state and everything was transparent and easy, start to finish! The GM Todd was super personable and friendly. They have a huge selection of just about everything from low end to high. I will be making the trip here again when its time for a new ride.

I've been buying cars for 65 years and my experience earlier this month was a first for getting a great deal and service at and from Granite. The great price and attention from their staff. The car was in great condition and passed my NYS inspection without a glitch or issue. I do most of the service on my cars and I found the car had new rotors and pads along with what looks to be a new muffler system. The car was neat and clean. And after 3 or 4 days after they had it shipped to me I received a extra keyfob that was in full working order, a item any other dealer would have tossed away. My trip up into New Hampshire was a great lesson in what quality service means.

Matt at Tim's truck capital was awesome to work with. He answered all my questions and was willing to work with me being an out of state purchase. I found a truck in state instead, but I'd definitely work with Matt again if I need another work truck. Great business with a great selection of trucks
