Tuttle Click Ford Lincoln review
I recently purchased a Ford F-150, and I can honestly say this was the most pleasant car-buying experience I've ever had. I've purchased many vehicles over the years, and the level of service here is truly in a league of its own. A huge thank you to Reza and James, they were both absolutely amazing to work with. They went above and beyond to help me get into the exact truck I wanted. What really stood out was the perfect balance of high-touch customer service and a zero-pressure environment. There was a great sense of collaboration and synergy throughout the entire process that made me feel like a valued partner rather than just another sale. The experience was seamless from start to finish. When I got to the finance department, Rex made the whole experience incredibly smooth. He was professional, transparent, and completely pressure-free. No upselling tactics, no drawn-out back-and-forth, just a straightforward and easy process that wrapped up efficiently. It's rare to walk out of a finance office feeling genuinely good about the experience, but Rex made that happen. If you are looking for a stress-free way to buy a vehicle, I highly recommend reaching out to Reza, James, and Rex. I couldn't be happier with my new F-150!
2020 Ford Expedition review
2020 Ford Expedition was purchased Feb 2020 (Springfield Va). I started having transmission problems Jun 2020 (15,000 miles). I informed my service representative what was occurring during an oil change and she informed that she would have a transmission specialist look at it. I was given the all ok and l departed, but my transmission is still producing a rattling sound and it buck's when l go from park to drive, also when it changes gears it slips from time yo time. This is my Fourth new Expedition and l have never experienced anything like this. I have made 4 request that they check my transmission and it has always come back (No problem). Oct 2022 l received a call from the service department stating that my truck hadn't been in over a year. I indicated to them that l was last in for an oil change with them, April 2022. Not only did they not have records showing my oil changes, but they didn't record any of my complaints about my transmission. I took my truck to AAMCO and they indicated that it was an electrical component ( brains of the trans) that was faulty and that l needed to return to Ford to repair. I attempted to have this resolved before my warranty expired and now l have no warranty on it because l'm at 95K miles on my truck. I know that there is a recall on 2015-2019 Ford Expedition for faulty transmission gear box. I'm experiencing the exact same issue with my transmission. Vin #1MJK1JT8LEA27351 Model: XLT Max Grey
