I began looking for a 2022 Ford Maverick Hybrid after Ford closed the order portal. I got on a list , in the event one became available , to get a call. I got the call at 1100 on 9 Mar. I got there about 1130 and was out the door by 1530! No pressure, no snafu’s of problems. Kristen the online sales person and Robert McKnight, have both stayed in contact since my first visit about three weeks before that. Since then, they continue to stay in touch and are following up on one small problem. So minor , I wouldn’t even have worried about it. My wife did though, so…. Great experience there and glad I got my Maverick. I feel sorry for the original customer who decided to not take possession of this one he ordered.

I live in Atlanta, GA and my brother recommended that I give Golden Circle Ford Parsons a shot for a new vehicle for my wife and I. Michael, Jordan, John, and Bruce were who I worked with and I cannot speak highly enough to the level of service from this dealership! I had the car, in my driveway, within 48 hours of calling. Absolute pleasure to work with, and they even sent a nice video to go along with it of who would be delivering the car and made it super personal. Any issues we had upon delivery, they were super accommodating to resolve and solution oriented. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car, even from out of state.
