Michael Gadberry was assigned to meet us for our 1:00 appointment. Michael called prior to our arrival to confirm our appointment and was prompt in greeting us as we arrived. I was impressed by Michael's knowledge and Long McArthur through out our process. Michael was very professional and took his time to answer our questions and make sure we knew everything. Long McArthur has plenty of personnel to help in every area of service. I left having confidence that we could rely on great service in the future. This was our first experience with this dealership. Michael seemed to make an extra effort to always please us. I would definitely recommend Michael for your experience. We finished with Kyle who was also very friendly. People at Long McArthur aim to please which takes a little longer to complete so allow plenty of time. We were treated very well. Stockton, Ks.
It started with Will sending me an email and he was with a customer when I got there. Kevin immediately s s flawlessly introduced himself and asked I???d we could look and tear drive till Will was free. Off we went! Getting back to the office Will was free and they both sat with me, were polite, extremely knowledgeable and courteous! I never felt rushed and we were able to agree on what I wanted, what I was comfortable spending and because of the incoming rain, set me up for Monday to get the car detailed! They both called me the next day to see if I had any questions, concerns or needs. They made me feel important and part Of the family!! They are simply the BEST!!!! Chris in finance was super cool and not pushy. I told him my budget and thankfully due to his hard work, I left with my 2018 Honda CR-V happy about the choice but impressed that these three young men were so wonderful!! Eriously recommend them any day!!
I just traded in my 2012 Camaro ZL1 for a 2002 Mustang Gt that was loaded with thousands worth of upgrades. I was working with Don through the transaction and I was in a situation where I was trying to buy down and drop my car note and still get into a vehicle that was somewhat comparable to my ZL1. Me and Don were able to come up with an arrangement where all I needed to do was stop by swap keys sign a couple documents and I was in and out in a matter of a hour. The only reason it took an hour is because my bank was taking a long time with paper work on there end. I have purchased many vehicles from dealers and experienced both the best and worst and by far my experience dealing with the Glacier Valley Ford group was nothing short of painless and positive. There whole staff is very professional and down to earth people who really seem to care about YOU the buyer as a person and not just a means to an end. I was searching for cars on the internet, and found many at Brenengen’s in Tomah. I called and said I was coming over. I met the salesperson Marty, and he spent hours with me looking at and trying out cars. I did not buy that day. I became ill and the car shopping was put on hold for a few months. Started searching again on internet. I called Marty, and we looked at and tried out a couple cars. I found my dream car, a Ford Escape. Marty was a special person who spent hours with me finding the car I wanted. He had the service Department have it all shined up for me when I got there. Then he spent more of his time showing me all of the new features. This guy is amazing. Ask for him. He will treat you like no one else. Recently purchased our dream car and worked with Cody Bates. Cody was really excellent at explaining everything about the sale and financing and was really helpful with answering any questions I had. He also took the time to go over all of our new vehicles features. After the sale he has been quick to respond to any additional questions or concerns that I have had. I feel like he genuinely cared about me as a customer and sincerely wants to keep me as a customer long after this sale, which is rare to find. I hope that he is there the next time that I need a new vehicle.

Requested an Oil change, installation of 4 new tires and new windshield wipers. I was disappointed with the oil change because the oil use for the change was not the standard synthetic blend 5000 mile change the vehicle came with and has been used for the last six years. It was the non synthetic oil with a 3000 mile change recommendation.
Our salesmen Brian and Finance manager Steve did an amazing job getting us into a brand new vehicle when someone else would even give us the time of day. They didn't push or make us feel like we had to buy and just wanted us to be happy. They got us exactly what we needed and couldn't have done a better job. Went in looking for a used Escape. Jack was great, honest and very personable without being pushy. He was also very patient with me while allowing me to drive several different vehicles before deciding on the Escape. Also, this is my second vehicle I have purchased from this dealer. Very happy.
