Just returned home from Camelback Toyota in Phoenix with another purchase, this time a used car. The car wasn't my first choice, nor my 3rd. but since it was for a college daughter to use far away from home, her wants & desires were also important. And, it turns out, I am very happy with the result. To be clear, I don't like salesmen. But I trust John DeArmond and really feel that he, and the dealership, puts my interests first. Obviously there is a bottom line. Yet, I also feel like I got a pretty good deal. This is the second vehicle we purchased from him and Camelback Toyota. The first was a new car 5 years ago. Which @ 80,000 miles now has still had NO problems and still drives like a dream. Not only was the sale an excellent experience, but the AFTER sale experience has been outstanding. John has kept in touch, literally for years, genuinely concerned that our experience was continuing to be nothing but the best. He's always been available for questions and advice regarding our purchase and other car related information. For basic tune-up stuff we have a nearby shop we like to go to. But I when we have a dealer specific thing to be done to our car, such as the 50,000 or 75,000 check, we go to the dealer. This dealer. We always feel helped and never used. So when we decided to replace the 20 year old car our girl was driving, he was the first thought of where to turn. Oh, we checked out Cars.com and the rental car companies, but our first choice was to call John. And I'm glad we did. The car buying experience can be frustrating. I've purchase at least 20 cars in my lifetime, both new and used, and really love just how painless and easy these guys make the process. Truly no pressure. Yes, they are a business, and so yes, they want you to buy a car, preferably from them. But, it's really about choices. MY choices. MY preferences, and what they can do to HELP me in fulfilling them. We gave John our parameters a couple of weeks ago and he came up with several choices that day. Spent several hours with him last week going through and driving different cars before finally deciding on a choice vehicle. We put a hold on it and when our college girl was home on spring break a last Sunday, we had her try them out. But, LOL, it turned out she liked something completely different. However, it was no problem for these guys, probably used to people changing their minds. Did I spend more than if I'd bought from an individual? Well... yes and no. Yes I paid at or below the "blue book" price. But I am also sure, and comfortable in the knowledge that this vehicle doesn't have any major problems. Nor is it likely to have any "minor" ones any time soon. And.. paying slightly more than the "suggested retail price" we were able to include an extended warranty that will take care of any problems for several years to come. Did they make a profit. Sure. But I definitely also got a deal. I'm happy, spouse is happy, child's happy. So, I've got another happy car purchase, and will be calling him again, probably in another 5 years. Because, and this is important, they're not in this business for just one sale, they're in it for the long run.

So here is the deal. I don't normally write reviews that are very good for car dealerships. I was looking for a second vehicle as I have recently started school and my wife works full time. I was looking through the Craigslist, offerup and so forth looking for something used that I could fit comfortably in. I ended up finding a Nissan pathfinder on their craigslist ad, and then followed it to their website. The pictures were representative of the vehicle I was looking at. I didn't want to go but discussed it with my wife and we ended up going on 2.11.17. During our visit we met with Jerry, he was nice, professional and greeted us not like a normal car salesman, but just like a normal person. I do not like feeling like a fish in a shark tank. Jerry was professional, but laid back. We were going to do a deal on the pathfinder and then I saw something inside their show room that caught my eye.I went to look at the Xtera that was out there, and saw it wasn't for sale. Next to it was a Rogue and I was curious "Would a big guy like me fit comfortably into this?" So I said hell with it and got in, it fit nice and I decided in the middle of poor Jerry after putting up with my crap for the last hour, The manager came in and told him I wanted to change to the rogue. He didn't complain, he didn't make me feel bad about changing the deal at all, in fact he was very nice about it. Given the treatment at this dealership I would recommend them especially if you are looking for something used. The miles are a bit high, but the price is right, the treatment is good and the time spent with the customers is good. It is a lot better than what I can say for even some of the new car dealerships I have dealt with in recent history.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Taking the Stress and Pain out of Car Shopping

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

I paid off the car free and clear but I can't seem to get a free and clear title. I have been waiting over a month for it. When I did get it, it was not notarized or signed and it still had a lean on it. I am very disappointed. It was like he just pulled it out of a drawer and mailed it just to pacify. This is the owner! no less, first he was at an auction, then out for 2 weeks, then he was at the hospital, and now he is going to be gone for a week So I took the title back to Wheels in Motion and still waiting. I don't know what to think at this point. I trust the Tim to do the right thing, but to do business with him again at this point is questionable. Maybe it is just me, so I would recommend this dealer to a friend, because I love the people who work there, but be on the part of caution. I don't think he expected me to pay off the car, I really think he thought I was going to trade it in. I never paid off a car before so maybe this is what is supposed to happen. So I am stumped as to how to get a free and clear title. The title is still not right. It was signed or notarized or signed nothing. I may be wrong but I thought it was up to the company to remove all liens and sign off on it. At least that was what I was told so now I don't know what the truth is. I was told I couldn't take the lien off the company has to do that. So at this point I am confused. I just want a free and clear title from the DMV which shows a lien still in place after a month. So it seems nothing got done in 30 days. So my questions are: Who is supposed to remove the lien? How long does it normally take to get a free and clear title from a dealership? Now that I paid off the car why can't I get a proper free and clear title from Tim Zarbock? Why would he send me a non-notarized title with a lien still on it and call it good? I don't understand. What am I missing? Then be gone for a week? Why are his employees making excuses for him? Why do my emails and phone calls go unanswered? When I called they said he was at an auction, then he was gone 2 weeks, then he was at the hospital, and last week or he will be out of the office for a week. It seems to me a runaround just to get a free and clear title. Then when I finally did get it was not notarized, or signed and still had the lien on it. So I gave it back. This is what I have been dealing with for the past month. Why? Is it supposed to be this hard to get a free and clear title? What is wrong with this picture? Does this make since to anybody?

Zach did what he always does. Very friendly. Breaks explanations down simply. My daughter called me after her service experience in Cincy and told me that Zach is something else that she misses about Arizona. I would like to let everyone know about Service Advisor Tony Di Salvo at Chapman BMW. This guy is the most responsive guy I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with where my 2011 335i is concerned. I'll give you just one of many examples of Tony's excellent work ethic. My wife and I were in Chandler AZ and had just seen a movie. When we came out to the car it was about 110 degrees and my car had been baking in the sun for three hours (btw, my car is jet black). I activated the "summer convenience" feature of the key fob that opens all the windows and sunroof to let the heat out. Everything worked perfectly until I closed the windows. The right rear window made a sound like breaking glass with a loud snap and would not close. I immediately called Tony at Chapman BMW and left a message and noticed it was 3:47PM. After completing my call I headed straight for the dealership. About 12 minutes later my phone rang and it was Tony telling me to bring the car in...at this point, I was a mere 5 minutes away. The really cool part was that I was there five minutes later and when I pulled into the garage area my name was already on the marquis above the driveway, and my loaner car was already there running. Tony took my wife and I into his office...his very air-conditioned 72 degree office...and had me sign a work order and then we got into the 430i he loaned us, and we were home ten minutes later. Around 2pm the next day my car was done and waiting in the driveway all washed and waxed...they even used tire shine. It was awesome. Anytime I have had a problem with my car, Tony has diagnosed it correctly and fixed it correctly and been very straightforward about the costs. I have NEVER had to take it back to have a repair repeated. Thanks Tony!!

I bought my Ford C-Max Energy from Earnhardt Ford in early 2014. After rejecting a zillion of useless add-ons and extra warranties, the seller got me to buy a D-Fence GPS system for over $200. I thought it might be a good idea because I often forget where I park my car. But I was not told that this service required a subscription after the initial free months. Worse, I was not told that the installation required disabling the DLC connector used for emission testing. For the above reason my car did not pass the emission test this month. I went to Chapman Ford and explained to me what had happened. Not onlyt that, but they fixed the issue at no charge (and in less than 30 minutes!) even though my warranty had already expired. Bottom line: if the car sales division is as good and honest as the service division, your next Ford should be from Chapman.

I haven't had it very long but so far it's been fun to drive and is roomy enough for my needs. The back storage area is smaller than I would have hoped for a similarly sized unit, but overall it appears to be a good car.

Rick Theibaud, my Chevrolet service representative at Van Chevrolet Buick GMC has provided me with exemplary 5-STAR customer service in handling repairs of my Chevrolet 2018 Equinox AWD. From my first phone call to Rick Theibaud setting up a service appointment for a warranty covered issue, and with every interaction since, Rick has provided top-notch service. Knowledgeable, polite, patient with all the questions I asked, and responsive with follow-up calls and information, he always kept me informed so I didnt have to call him to find out what was going on.Rick set me up with a comparable loaner car to use as the part needed came from out of state. When the repair work was completed, Rick had my car washed, vacuum, and because it had to be driven some distance to ensure the repair was spot on, refueled and ready to go when I arrived. Since, Ive had my oil changed, tires rotated, and engine checked with Rick. And again, I received the best service a car dealership has ever delivered. As a female executive who has bought and leased her own cars for over 25 years, good service has not always been the case. Thank you Rick Theibaud and to the rest of the team - Steve, Blake, and Noah for all your dedication in making this a great car repair experience. Had and issue with my stereo. Made an appointment and took it in to have it looked at. My service rep was Justin Reed. He was very great right from the start. I purchased a Ford Fiesta hatchback from Peoria Ford and my last visit was not so pleasant, so I was a bit nervous about how it would go. Needless to say I was very pleasantly surprised. Justin took good care of me and made sure I knew what was going on the entire time. The waiting facilities were also good. The only criticism I have about that is they should sync their big screens so there isn't multiple audio signals. Too much to try and listen to. Luckily I brought my iPad and they have free wifi. Very pleasant experience all around mostly thanks to Justin. Thanx guys.

I wanted to take a few minutes a recognition of John Breeser's services provided 5/19/2016. I first inquired about a trade in on my vehicle, 2013 Nissan Altima. After finding out that my trade in value was significantly lower than the payoff value of my vehicle I decided not to pursue the car purchase. John was kind enough to repetitively get a hold of me so he can assist me with my needs. I decided to reply back to an email of his and inform him of my current situation and without hesitation he came back with a proposal on a new 2016 Rogue SL that would only bring up my payment by another $20. After a few emails back and forth, I decided to come into your facility and speak to John in person regarding consideration to the new purchase/trade. John was very welcoming and did not waste time in getting everything in place before my arrival. There is a reason I've purchased my last few vehicles through John's services. John knows how to do business and knows how to treat his customers. Overall, my visit satisfaction would rank 5 out of 5 stars. I continue enjoying my business with Peoria Nissan and believe that's highly attributable to Johns services provided time and time again. Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

This vehicle is everything I need and more. I transport twin sons and their Boy Scout companions to camps and other events and this has enough room to seat 7 full grown boys plus me and at least 4 fully packed backpacks without the need for any additional carrier. The push button ease of the 3rd row seats is wonderful - no more straining my back/neck pulling straps and hauling seats up and down. All of the power controls are very intuitive. I love the "infotainment" center with its large screen, easy controls, lots of usb ports and charging ports including a DC plug-in in the 2nd row! Rides like a dream, gets much better gas mileage than my 2007 Honda Odyssey minivan - LOTS better. Road noise is a non-issue, stereo sounds amazing, power moonroof is alot of fun. The venting back windows are such a great idea for air flow/climate management. The engine drives like a dream - even at 95mph. Smooth as silk. Responsive, luxurious, powerful and beautiful. I love my Expedition!

We love the Expedition EL. We replaced a 2003 Expedition and the new model, along with the additional length of the EL, is quite an upgrade. The power front and power 3rd row seats are nice, as well as the power lift gate. Front seats have heating and cooling. If you want certain features, be sure you understand the different models and trim packages. The dealer we purchased from marketed the car as the wrong trim package, but we didn't know the difference until after we purchased the vehicle. That's on us, but don't make the same mistake we did.

It is really hard for me to give credit/kudos to a car dealership...but Bell Ford deserves it. They couldn't have been nicer and more straightforward. Buying a Focus was apparently one of the better decisions I have made and I will gladly return with more business in the future.

The expedition XL is perfect for our family of 7 with one extra seat. The XL version gives us plenty of cargo room as well. Really comfortable and great visibility. We will definitely stick with the make and model for our next upgrade.
