Hubby text messaged a short list of stock numbers to Kirk, who had them all ready for us to inspect and test drive when we arrived...truly a no hassle experience. We were so pleased that a few months later I knew I wanted Kirk to help me find the best used car for me. I followed my husband's example and picked out a few cars from their website. He also had pulled out the car that was at the top of my list......I took it for a test drive and realized the the car he chose for me was perfect for me. Previous minivan owner we didn’t realize we had out grown our minivan till we realized the amount of space in our new truck. We have 4 active kids from 5-15 that are in multiple sports. We travel a fair amount both to the airport and on road trips. So our new vehicle needed to get all of us and luggage wherever we’re going. So far this is doing it.

We are a tall family and tried every single vehicle on the market before finding the roomy max and falling in love. Plenty of legroom in all 3 rows for over 6-footers like us, plus plenty of room to haul our Costco loads. Have only owned for less than a week, so can't speak to long- term, but we drove 1400 miles on Route 66 and were all very comfortable. Plenty of cupholders for everyone and phone chargers as well.

Traded an F-350 Tremor. While the truck could not be beat we needed a softer ride as our needs changed. The ride is outstanding and the handling is superb. The interior space is such a welcome asset. Thanks to Ford for a great product.
