Looked at many different vehicles, very happy with 2022 Ford Explorer. The Explorer vehicle is very roomy with all the comforts of a luxury vehicle.

I was happy with with the service overall. Tim returned my calls when I left a message. They replaced power steering pump, valve cover, and left front caliper. The only thing I was not happy with was I told them the car was pulling to the left. I was told it was because of the caliper. I asked them to check the front alignment. They did not and the car is still pulling to the left.

Victory Motors is Awesome! I started off having a bad day with Honda's service department, i won't mention which location. So I shopped around for a newer vehicle and ended up at Victory Motors Royal Oak. John picked up the phone when I called and he reeled me in! My wife and myself came to this dealership for the second time in 5 years to purchase another vehicle. On December 30,2025 , we came here without an appointment to see Frank Tucci. This Review all about Sharr Garza! She is the only person you want to deal with at this location. The patience and time she took explaining things to me was above and beyond appreciated. She communicated and even double checked my car and found things the collision shop missed and I wasn’t even upset about it because she was honest, upfront, and got everything ordered and fixed right away! She really makes it a point to make sure the customer is fully taken care of and satisfied with their service! As far as I’m concerned she should be the Manager of this location! Employees there could really learn a lot from the way she does things.

Car driver seat was serviced. Service Advisor was friendly and knowlegeable. I intend on using this dealership for vehicle maintenance and service because of this 1st visit (ordered the works) and the second visit (warranty repair of faulty stitching on drivers seat).

Chris Rogers and the finance guy right in front of him i believe it was Matthew were phenomenal to work with. Everybody in the office had great energy and helpful to get me in my new vehicle and out of there with no hassle and saving more money than expected. Absolutely recommend shopping with these guys!

Many thanks to Martin Scheill, our service advisor. Martin and the staff at Hines Park went out of their way to help us get our Ford Escape repaired on short notice. Repairs were made in a timely manner to allow us to make our 1,200 mile drive home without interruption. I would highly recommend the Hines Park Service Department in Milford, Mi.
