I set up an appointment on line then the salesman said he would have it ready outside. Our appointment was 3 days out. When we got there the car handnot been processed yet It needed work done and it was dirty. We test drove it and liked the car and the price. Also when we got there the cost of the car had gone up a couple of hundred dollars. Because I copied what we saw on line and our preapproval they gave up the price we first saw. That was nice. The car needed some work done on it and they did it for no cost to us. It took over a week and a couple of phone calls. We now have the car we expected to bring home the day we got it.

About two weeks, I was in need of another used pre-owned vehicle. I like Fords. So I stopped in at Ford of Homewood on a Saturday. I was met by a very nice and knowledgeable sales representative named Juan. I discussed my needs, wants,and financial limits with him. After looking at several vehicles, we found a vehicle that met my needs and price. Paperwork was drawn up down payment made and that evening I was the new owner of a great 2015 Ford Escape. Sales person was great. Price was great. Not a fan of the dealer installed add ones(ie. paint protection/gps tracking ~$3500. just told them I didn't want to pay for that. they took the cost off just won't honor the warranty that comes with. Was not a fan of having to make sure the amount financed was the amount we agreed upon. they kept trying to sneak in items like service/gap insurance. was having none of it. got a good deal and trade in value for the two cars I traded. just be on your toes and watch for the ticky tacky add-ons. they add up quick.
