Mike in service was very friendly and professional. When the service department didn't complete the recall he jumped on it and got it done while I waited. Also Brenda who drove me home is great representation of Crosley very friendly. The only criticism I would say is some of the female employees on the sales floor don't look very professional in their casual dress.
