My experience with Brighton Ford has been more than wonderful. Response to the phone call was fast. The phone conversation was friendly and courteous. And my appointment was quickly fixed. I received a text message to confirm the appointment and to provide me with the dealer address. Jeff Johnson met me with a warm welcome. He answered all of my questions. Even the other staff were nice. Despite the commitment to masks and social distancing, I felt a smile and kindness surrounding me when I dealt with Jeff Johnston and all Brighton Ford employees.
